We stopped on a Saturday to look at the new 2020 Explorer. We loved it. Mena greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. We left that day with no car,... but we returned a few days later. I was in constant contact with Mena & he was prompt in replying to my questions on a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with & he treated my family right. It was a family purchase for us. My first service here (2018) was very good all around. The visit this year was not. I needed new tires, which I knew, and I never received the warranty... paperwork or the rebate. I also felt very pushed aside at this dealership. I have also contacted this dealership concerning my airbag recall 5 times and asked about it while at the dealership received no response. I got an appointment immediately at another local dealership right away. I don't want to take my Ford to Bill Kay anymore. And I have gotten 5 messages asking me to bring my car in for a trade in for a new car.
I have not been to this service center in months and today I get survey. I'm really confused as to why. Better start doing some checking on some things....
