    I was broken down in downtown Tampa(flooded) so i called my service advisor Chad, he was so helpful and very understanding of my situation , He sent a tow truck to help me and a shuttle van to pick up my son from school ( that i was on my way to get when the problem occured),. This type of service is rare and should be noticed.He went above and beyond and this is why i use Courtesy Toyota and Chad for all my service needs.

    I very rarely write reviews but my service was so exceedingly above and beyond any customer service experience I have ever had, I had to write this one on Courtesy Toyota of Brandon. Yes, I am talking about a car dealership people. I know most of us cringe and dread the purchasing of an automobile but if you need to go buy new or used, please, please trust me when I say that you will be well cared for and not taken advantage of my Courtesy Toyota. I just purchased my second car in under a year from this location. My recent purchase was for the exact same car I already owned but had unfortunately totaled. When I totaled my car I was terrified and heartbroken because I knew the version of vehicle I had was uncommon and didn't think I would be able to replace it. To make matters worse, my insurance company couldn’t provide a valuation on my vehicle because they couldn’t seem to figure out what packages and upgrades were in the car, again non-standard. I called Toyota and they put me through to Dan Violette the Sales Director and he willingly listened to my problem and provided me with emails of documents to pass on to the insurance company in hopes of helping me. This is a very busy man at the top of the food chain and he didn't hesitate to listen to my whole story and stop to help. A week went by and my insurance called stating they still couldn't provide a value for my car. I called Dan again, and he offered without my asking to provide his personal cell phone number to the insurance company. They called him and all my insurance issues were resolved that day based on his conversations and documentations he provided. This is already above and beyond and he had no reason to take all that time to help me but he did and then it gets better. I found my car again but as it turns out there are only three left on the East Coast. Once again, I called Dan and asked if it was possible to get the car. In ten minutes he called me back and said he would have it the next day. Dan knowing the availability of the car and knowing how badly I wanted could have charged me anything he wanted for it, but he didn't. He said, we appreciate your business and I am sorry for the difficult situation you recently faced and sold me the car at the exact same price as the previous one. Dan is a wonderful man who provided exemplary customer service. I will never forget it and will always buy my cars at Courtesy Toyota. When arriving to pick up my car Weldy Pierre assisted me in completing the transaction. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to my needs. He didn't try to add anything or change my mind. He made certain I didn't wait long and checked with me over the whole car to make sure everything was perfect. He knew his business very well and was a pleasure to work with. Lastly, I want to thank Leonard Campos for his assistance as the Business Manager. It's always the last step we have to worry about-dooms day with finance, right? WRONG! Leonard listened to how I wanted to pay, accepted that I already had pre-approval from an external source and never once tried to change my mind. He went over available options and answered every question I had about the paperwork thoroughly, demonstrating his proficiency in his position. He was expedient through the whole process and made a lasting impression on me. Thank you so very much from my heart on helping me to be in my dream car after a very challenging situation. There just is no other car dealership I would buy a car from after this experience.

    This was our first and last visit to this Toyota dealership. The salesperson was nice but it was a high pressure sales pitch. They kept pressuring us into test driving a car. We just wanted some idea of how much a certain car would cost-bottom line. The salesperson couldn't seem to get that info, so sent a financial person in to see us . She proceded to tell us it would be a waste of their time to give us a price if we would test drive a car. We told her they had already wasted our time making us sit around to wait on her. She stomped out, so we left. And will never ever return there.

    Our salesman, Alex Grant, was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped make what can be a stressful situation so easy! Even the gentleman that helped us with our financing paperwork was super helpful. He really took the time to explain everything and gave some really great advice on improving our credit.

    The team there has been much more responsive questions and being polite on the phone. They gave a very competitive written invoice price, being very honest about additional fees that other dealers push under the rug, that I am planning to travel the extra distance for several thousand off what local dealers are telling me without putting into writing. An initial phone call came off a little pushy on scheduling a test drive as I don't live very close, but after that they have been understanding. They have a great selection as well compared to local to me Scion dealers didn't have a model iA ready to test drive. I have already recommend this place to a friend.

    My husband & I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tacoma and were on vacation in Tampa when the 'maintenance light' came on. We both figured that the light was for the 5000 mile service visit. But not knowing for sure, my husband spied the Courtesy Toyota Brandon while driving down the road from our hotel. He whipped in, found the service department, and explained the situation to Chad (I think). Chad immediately took us and our Tacoma in hand. Within an hour, we were headed back to our hotel with no 'maintenance light' on. We cannot thank you and your staff enough for putting our doubts to rest and taking care of the issue so quickly, professionally, and respectfully. Sincerely, The Bishops

    We have been going here for four years, we have had great service every time. Our Prius has been great, we just got back from Tenn. and we got over 50 miles to the gallon, gave us extra money to spend on other things. We always ask for Ryan Messerschmitt, he is the best,friendly and takes great care of us and our car. This is the place we will come back to, why try the rest when you have the best.
