Quality Dealership

Very pleasant reception at the entrance, everyone wants to help. Information received from the Service Manager after discussing the various problems with the car makes you feel that your car will be properly repaired. Excelent.

Great experience

I’ve bought both my Corollas from Courtesy Brandon and both experiences have been quick and pleasant. I use the coupons to help with my services. I used to go to another Toyota dealership and the last time, I went for an oil change and ended up spending 4hrs there because, “No, I’m not buying a car today,” repeated several times wasn’t very effective. I’m good with my service in Brandon. A+

excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer service from the time we walked in until the time we drove off the lot. We recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited. From the sales professional Gary Drews to the Business Manager Leonardo Rivas the quality of customer service and attention was impeccable! Gary was very patient while I asked questions and very knowledgeable. During the test drive he was thorough in explaining all the features and how everything worked. Leonardo took the time to explain in detail everything in the documents. He also worked on getting me an excellent interest rate. Both these gentleman deserve praise for how they represent Courtesy Toyota!
