Valeria went out of her way to find the exact car that I have been having trouble getting elsewhere. She was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process.

I bought a used Tesla here and returned it after learning there were major issues (rattling seats, dashboard alerts, and more). Glad they took it back without any hassle. Was within 5 days and 250 miles of buying per their policy. Finance was good about the return; however, the sales manager refused to provide a cab or ride home after I had to return this car?not very friendly nor caring group and sales managers hide behind desks in the back like the Wizard of Oz. They should have been embarrassed to sell me this car when I showed proof that Tesla would not honor the warranty due to a prior downplayed accident (said minor accident on their carfax report, sales confidently said it was a minor ?fender bender?). After returning it, they sent me off without remorse, acknowledgement of selling me a bad car, nor care that they wasted so much of my time due to their negligent vehicle inspection and sales process. If you have a bad feeling about their cars, go with your gut. I should have known when the car wasn?t ready to be sold to me for the first few days after I first went to buy it. They listed it prematurely and it was filthy. Sales guy couldn?t even get in it, which I later discovered was one of many issues with the car. Aside from being able to return it, this whole experience was a joke.

Very easy to work with the manager Pedro and sales associate Mohamed. Upgraded my 18 Tundra for the 25 Tundra. I will be back for future cars.

I like this saler he is a honest person and he is not pushy. He answers all my question with a polite attitude. My friends also bought cars from this dealer and also in the past my family bought cars from them as well.

For battery recall,service advisor Ki Back Lee very attaintive and informative. Very much recommend Toyota Dealer I trusted this company,I depend on their maintenance
