This was my first time ever buying a new car. As soon as I walked into the door, I was kindly greeted by Al. Great Salesman, not too pushy, yet he knows what he is talking about. I personally won't buy something from someone if they are too pushy, but Al Smith was excellent at this. He knew when to let me think, and he knew when to let me know interesting facts. Al not only is a great salesman, he is also a great conversation holder, and I view this as a very important part in buying a car, because I feel that it is important to have a connection before you spend so much money on an investment, such as a car. I HIGHLY recommend seeing Al Smith for any of your Scion purchases or inquires.

Josh was very helpful with our purchase of our suv. One disappoint was that we found out that there was only one key.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Offered us refreshments and snacks while waiting. Eloy was our salesman, he was very nice and attentive. Also very helpful in giving lots of information on the purchase. The only down side was that it seems to take awhile to get through the buying process. Which may just be the way it works with paperwork and all.
