Went to Certified looking for a Mercury Milan, I was in luck as i was there a truck pulled up with a delivery of the recently purchased vehicles one of which happened to be a Milan. The car was awesome i loved the color, the price was fair, the carfax was clean and they gave me a 1 year warranty. No one else does that. It was the easiest car buying experience for me to date. Over the years, we have purchased several cars from Certified Auto Mall. We have come to know the owners very well, and immediately turned to them, when we lost both of our cars to Hurricane Sandy. Art Stahnten, and his family, provided us with superior customer service and SPEED! I was able to drive off the lot with a late model Hyundai and my husband just purchased a 2012 Nissan truck. This is the 2nd time I purchased an SUV from Certified. Shockingly,after 2 years the same people still worked there! That made me feel very comfortable as a female when I waled in the door. Tony was very direct with me from the start about the vehicle I wanted. Everyone at Certified went out of there way to make the experience pleasant and smooth. Everything I asked for, they accomplished and not just Tony but Dave in service as well! I can be a very difficult customer if I do not feel I am being treated with respect, everyone at Certified was polite, followed up on all promises and made the purchase of a used vehicle a pleasant one! Certified is by far the most reliable service repair center in Monmouth County, in addition to having a great selection of used cars on their property. I bought my car from Certified and would certainly recommend a friend to them because they sell high quality used cars. It is extremely easy to book a service repair with the on site garage they have, and they will do everything they can to best accommodate your repairs in a timely manner. Far too often you hear about being ripped off by a mechanic or a car dealer but not once have I ever left thinking that I just was taken for a ride. Friendly staff that gets to know more than just your car, and treats you like family rather than just a client.

This is an amazing dealer to buy your next car from, or even to get your car serviced. Prices are excellent and the service is even better. Every member of this team cares about you. Today i took my car in to have them look at a sound it was making, they took a ride with me in the car so i could point out the sound...they told me my car was unsafe to drive, and not worth the money to fix it i went to talk to a sales man and walked out with a car today at an amazing price!! Just recently purchased a Corvette Convertible from these guys and couldnt be happier! The car was described accurately to me over the phone and I got a 1 year warranty which cost me nothing! everywhere else I looked wanted to give me a 3 mnth warranty. Needed work on my '96 Mustang. Brought it to Certified Auto Mall in Howell on Saturday morning. Met with Dave. Explained what was wrong and what I thought it needed. Dave was THE best service manager I have ever dealt with in 35 years. Upfront and he explained everything in layman's terms. He said he would call me in a few hours with an estimate and what was needed. He did exactly what he promised. Called me that afternoon, took the time to explain everything he needed to do and when he could get it done. He kept his word on all counts!! I couldn't get back to the shop since he had my car. He had someone pick me up at home and drive me back to the shop!!! It turned out the guy that picked me up was the owner, Art!!!. Another good guy. Bottom line is the customer service was exceptional and I felt very good about the price (LOWER THAN THE ESTIMATE!!!) and the repairs. I am recommending Certified Auto Mall to all my friends and neighbors.

Certified auto has been great to from the moment I stepped on the lot. The process of purchasing the truck was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I am one hundred percent happy with my experience with their business. Upon bringing in the vehicle for a follow up when a hose broke a few months down the line; they not only brought it right into the shop to have it looked at. It was scheduled for a few days later, I waited for it and was in and out. I highly recommend my dealings with this company.
