Worst dealership anywhere I have ever been to. These guys carry a lot of inventory and has a large selection. I tried to buy a Kia Telluride and they wanted to charge me 10K above the MSRP. I ended up buying what I wanted for the MSRP from another Kia Dealership in Waco. It's really contrasting what Southwest does. No one should ever buy from these guys cos they try to rip you off just because Kia is a hot commodity which we all like and would like to have. Price gouging is just not acceptable and these guys try to make me feel like I was idiot that didn't understand why they wanted me to pay more that what the vehicle was worth beyond MSRP.

It started out as a positive experience. However the finance department made a simple transaction take weeks. We had financing with UFCU and this is the first time a car dealership could not seem to figure out how to deal with them. Ended up being a terrible experience.
We Could have had better customer service if it weren’t for the sales person trying over and over to sell us a brand new car when we initially wanted a used car.
Do Not Trust Price Posted On Internet
SW Kia Austin posted a 2016 White Lexus RX350 F Sport for $33,929, then dropped it to $32,000 and I almost drove 3 hrs to buy the car. Lucky I was not able to go. Then the next day, 12/14/19 Brandon Zehr emailed stating price changed to $34,472. The same day searching for a car SW KIA Austin posted the same Lexus for $32,850. You can draw your own conclusion, but for me I will not buy from this dealership.

Horribe Service Department Experience
On 10/11/2019 I took my 3019 Kia Forte in to the service department because the tire pressure light turned on. The service advisor Grace came out and I explained to her that the tire pressure light was turned on and wanted to get the tire checked to make sure that there was not nail or anything in it. As she was getting the information, she asked if I had changed the oil. I told her no because when I purchased the car with 38 miles, I was told to do it at 7,500 miles. She said that was not correct and offered to do the oil change while they would also check my tire. I agreed. They took my vehicle to the back and I sat by the window that looked into the service area where they work on the vehicle. I was basically sitting across by car but on the other side of the window. It took the tech about 30 minutes before he slowly started raising my vehicle. The tech working on my vehicle kept walking away and began helping another tech on another vehicle. The tech with my car kept walking away and chilling like he had all the time of his life. He kept getting distracted. So when he finally raised my car about a little over 30 minutes later, he began loosening the tire lug nuts. When loosened them up, he began rotating the tires. The front right tire that showed that it was at 23 lbs was moved to the back and vice versa with the rest of the tires. I didn't see him check the tire that I had originally taken my vehicle in to get checked. Placed it in the back . Once he was done with rotation he began the oil change and was done with that in about 10 minutes. I waited more time in getting my car worked on than the time it took to rotate the tires and oil change. Car done and I was on my way in an hour. Keep in my tires have nitrogen and don't go low with the weather change. The next day (Friday) I drove to visit my brother in the hospital over 300 miles away. While at my parents, I noticed that my vehicle was leaking oil. I immediately called this dealership to let them know what was going on and spoke to Sean in service. He said to take it to the local Kia service center which I did. I took it in to the Kia in Mission, Texas and was told by the dealership that the drain plug was not screwed correctly and that I was lucky that all the oil did not drain out of the motor, possibly causing damage to the motor or the risk the motor catching on fire. I called Sean and told him what I had been told. He offered a future service. Fine. Ok. Move along. As I picked up my car from the Kia dealership in Mission and as I was getting on the expressway, the pressure light to the tire turned on. It indicated that the back tire pressure was at 23 lbs. The same tire that I had originally taken my car to get checked because it was indicating it was low. I called Sean and again I told him of the next issue. I told him that I was extremely upset because I had specifically asked Grace if the tire had been checked and she said that there was nothing wrong with the tire. So the Mission Kia checked it and was told that it had a nail in it. This is something that Southwest Kia failed to check. When I spoke to Sean, he said that maybe I picked it up on my drive to south texas. I told him that what a coincidence that it is the same tire that was indicating low when I first took it in to Southwest Kia on Friday. While waiting for my vehicle, the service techs are distracted very easily, not paying attention to their work, walking round and talking to each other. They are distracted alot by the advisors and might have been the reason that they performed this poor service. This type of work placed my safety at risk and risk of causing damage to my vehicle that only has 5700 miles. They need to pay more attention to their work and stay focused on their job. Stop the distractions and the walking around wasting time and putting the customer's like and property at risk. I will have to double check every time I take my car for service. Please don't write me automatic response
