Matthew was able to get parts for my 1998 Land Cruiser that needed a window motor replacement. I was able to get the same parts that lasted me 27 years! Im glad to be able to find this quality still around.

AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I don't know where to begin. I was having such a rough day before entering this dealership and when I drove in I was immediately greeted with love and care. After servicing my vehicle at Tustin Toyota, I have been scared to come back to a dealership for service. I later found out that Tustin Toyota DOESNT POST ON CARFAX. WHAT! My advisor was Amanda and she did a PHENOMINAL job at informing me on exactly what my vehicle needed. My car came in dirty as well (camping trip) and they washed it and now it is sparkling like a star. I usually don't like talking to managers about their employees but I spoke with Denise and she was so kind to all of the customers. I will 100% be returning to this dealership and recommending everyone I know with a Toyota here. I love AutoNation Toyota!
