Johnny is the best I called IADAUTO after I got my Capital One Pre-Approval letter I spoke to Anthony he told me that everything is fine to come on in and pick the vehicle you like I told him I didn’t have a ride so he sent one of the sales guys Johnny to pick me up and bring me to the location from my house wow what a great service I found a very nice jeep Cherokee and Mr. Anthony worked a deal and got me the payments that I really really want it thanks again you guys IADAUTO is the place to go if you need a vehicle I highly recommend them to everyone thanks .

Garbage service unless you like being lied to by multiple people at once. Brought a used vehicle should have went to the auction myself. How you pass state inspection with a bad differential and doors that don't unlock. Pure predators got my wife. Now i gotta fix this crap.

Following car is adv by the dear at approx $22K Tax and Dmv when I asked to buy they ask another couple of thousand for dealer cost. No where it is mentioned. Dealer website said please call for price. This is fake adv. 2015 Lexus RX 350 Stock: IAD7399 VIN: 2T2BK1BA0FC336191 I will complain to sate attorney general office because CARS.COM donot do any thing. I complained same issue with about 100 dealers in NY and NJ. Now I will take it to authority.

I arrived at IAD auto just to explore my options with my vehicle that was experiencing problems and Steve greeted me at the door with open arms as if we met before. Steve displayed great customer service giving me a valuable opportunity, making the process easy by informing me on everything I needed to know. The Price on advertising and actual charged price is different. I have been ripped off. .................... I would not go there again and would not suggest to anybody after all.

When I first arrived at IAD Auto in Landover, Maryland I was greeted by Mr T Nelson and Ms Crystal with a nice friendly "Hello sir welcome to IAD Auto" How may we assist you? wonderful greeting. Mr T Nelson is very friendly inviting me into his office and inquiring about what I was looking. IAD had exactly what I was looking for and between him and Mr Marvin Brimage they helped to purchase the vehicle. Additionally, Mr Ramin Ghevssari was instrumental in having my Dodge RAM ProMaster 2500 detailed and all minor repairs completed. And I must give credit to the maintenance manager Tony who provided excellence service repairing those items I found which needed to be addressed. The vehicle is like brand new. These people are nothing but scammers. Absolutely horrible people. They changed the price of my car WHILE we were there and one of them stole something out of my old car while I was purchasing a new car. Don’t trust them at all. They kept us there for 6 hours but we would not budge about what money we were putting down. I would run run run as fast as you can AWAY from this dealership. Unbelievable.

Scam scam scam scam scam don't waist your time ,they had a Ford f150 listed for 11,777 and switch the price to over 15,000 while we where sitting inside the dealership, they said nothing about price changes prior to us driving from Baltimore and had every opportunity to do so and save us a trip don't tell them your paying with cash they will definitely up the price to squeeze every dollar out of customers, I have also reported them to the BBB
