James and his crew at North Coast are AMAZING!! I bought a truck in october for a very reasonable price and 2 weeks later I totalled it : ( James helped me with everything I needed. Then as soon as he recieved another dodge he let me know. I went there tonight to look at it and he is making sure I get this one as well (again extremly reasonable ). This place is amazing. Every vehicle is in very good condition and they dont haggle you like other dealerships. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership and i will recommend all of my friends and family and anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to them.

I believe I got a fair deal on my 2011 Ford f150 FX4. The financing was great. My trade in value wasn't what I wanted but overall I got what I wanted at a price I could afford.

And I was able to get my dream car on the road. The car is great, the price and financing was a great fit for me. And i could'nt be happier! This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. James was very professional, honest, he really listened to our needs. I loved that it was a very relaxed atmosphere with absolutely no pressure. North Coast Auto has a good selection of great vehicles, low mileage, and well maintained. Do not look anywhere else. Our experience was by far the best I could have imagined. My husband and I previously had an suv and were looking to trade it in for a van since finding out we are pregnant with twins! I did quite a bit of online research and chose 10 vans I wanted to look at, 3 of them were at North Coast. We spent an entire day driving from shop to shop looking and comparing vans, we came back to North Coast multiple times in the same day having our eyes on one van in particular. The staff was extremely friendly, answered all questions we had, they were very clear and upfront about negotiating the trade-in (which they gave us an amazing value!), and we did not in anyway feel rushed. In the end we purchased a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. We always make the joke that we do not own a TV in our house, but our van has 2! My husband and I are both extremely simple people and the luxury in this van is still something we are getting used to. I have waited 2 months to do this review because I wanted to have time to really soak in everything. We have had absolutely no problems at all, since we left the lot we have recommended North Coast to multiple people in our friends and family. In short: Amazing experience, friendly family owned business, wonderful selection of clean affordable and reliable options. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending this business to everyone we know!

I definitely tried to put 5 stars for everything above just having trouble getting them all to stay!!!!! My name is Heather and I purchased my awesome vehicle bk in April. I had such an awful experience trying to go thru another dealership from being told to come in and sign for over a week everyday being let down for some nonsense reasons the salesman kept giving me. My luck completely changed the morning James answered my call. I seen the Rav 4 on line the night before and asked if it was still on the lot. I was told it was and I literally showed up within 5 min of hanging up and James had the dealer plate on it started with the heat on (freezing morning lol) @brushed off ready to test drive!!!! Not only did I absolutely love it I couldn't believe the kindness,honesty,patient man that was helping me I didn't think ide fine a good salesman after the horrific liar I had. Well I ended up test driving and my husband noticed the tires weren't the greatest right away James said u know ur so right let me throw some new tires on for u and actually gave me the option of putting them on that day or wait til the weather got a little better. I financed through my own bank and numbers for my down payment were just not working out I was devastated to call him and tell him I just didn't think it was gonna work out. He knew I was so bummed so he did what I guarantee nobody will ever do anywhere else. He took the amount of the new tires off the actual price off the car and it was enough to make everything work. Now I thought xxxx I'm going to have to spend a pretty penny for tires now o no not at all. He says whenever you get the money for good tires not crappie ones he will help us get them at his cost!!!! So I made out every way. We can't be any happier than to be customers of Northcoast where James doesn't treat u just as a customer he treats you like great friend who use known for years or actually so well almost like family!!!!! He really went above and beyond for me and I will always send my family and friends there and I know they will be just as happy as I am. So thank u for a wonderful experience after that terrible experience I had. Keep up the great work Northcoast!!!!!

James was AMAZING! He helped me find a reliable vehicle, at the fairest price in Rochester. He played the role of an assistant buyer and not as a shark salesman. They have a great assortment of various, trustworthy, vehicles! Very low pressure, great service, and the best credit terms I could find. Absolute recommendation for anyone shopping for a vehicle. I am not the type of person to write a review but with this dealership it is definitely a must! I purchased my first car from them back in 2004 and because of how GREAT the experience was I haven't gone anywhere else since. I referred my family and friends since then and will not look anywhere else. I just bought my 3rd car from them in January and couldn't be happier. They treat their customers like family and they are always honest which is the biggest reason I am writing this because it is very hard to find a dealership that is COMPLETELY honest with their customers. I am not related to them or a friend trying to talk up a dealership for them to trick anyone. If you need a car just call or stop by and you will see why I have been a loyal customer for the last 12 years. With how friendly, knowlegeable, honest, EXCELLENT quality selection of cars and their willingness to work with their customers are reasons why I will never go anywhere else. You don't have to take my word for it just stop in and you will see for yourself of what I am talking about.
