When I called about the car, they were very easy, and gave me easy directions. Once there, the car was set up for a road test. After the road test they didn't pressure me to refinance, they were fine with me paying in full. The gentleman was helpful with showing me the basic features of the car. They also picked me up from my house to go to the dealership. All in all it helped me feel a little more secure about buying a car from a Dealer. Thanks so much. I'm still enjoying the car.

I was leery of the name "Auto Brokers," but decided to give them a chance. Whew! Am I glad I did! This was the most pain-less, stress-free, enjoyable car-buying experience I've ever had (and I've purchased 9 cars in my lifetime)! AND they did not try to gouge me on financing. I got an amazing 2012 Honda Civic EX, low miles, beautiful. Low interest rate (comparable to going directly through my bank!) And, finally, the entire transaction took less than 2 hours, with the test drive! I can honestly say that if you go see the awesome inventory at North Coast Auto Brokers and talk to the people that work there, you will never go anywhere else again. Very easy, no hassle sales style. Came in for the car I wanted the price was the same as Internet took a test drive loved it. I have poor credit explain that to James said let him check a few Banks hour later call me with the go-ahead. I made no promises just good service excellent help and a great car. I would most definitely recommend buying your used cars from NorthCoast. My family has gotten 4 vehicles total from them and they are in the best condition and we just couldn't be happier! I called James not having a clue as to what I was looking for . They have a great selection of vehicles , he made the process very easy and I drove home with the perfect car! I had a 2009 Honda Civic with negative equity and needed a bigger vehicle. I was able to wash my hands from that equity and jump into another vehicle. The process was so swift and there wasn't any back and front hassle. If anyone is looking for a vehicle I would highly recommend this dealership.

Jim and the men art North Coast are great people as well as great Auto folks. I needed a car and good financing and they chased around and found exactly what deal fit me. I enjoy the truck. I was quite impressed by the way Jim and the others work for the customer to be satisfied. I have seen other reviews stating "no more big dealer" and that is for me too. I highly recommend North Coast Auto Brokers to anyone looking for great customer service and solid used cars.

I purchased a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse from North Coast and it was a great experience. They had the best deal in town and there was no dickering back and forth over the price which was more then fair. They fixed the minor issues that I had noticed when I drove the vehicle, plus some other more costly items that they found when going through their checkout. My salesman (James) did not hound me into buying an extended warranty or any other extras that I did not want like so many other dealers often try and do. When I am looking for used vehicles for my teenage kids next year my first stop will be North Coast Auto. In my opinion they went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I think there are many good reasons as to why they have been around for 50 years. On a side note, after I purchased my Traverse from them I found out that two of my friends had also bought vehicles from North Coast and both of their cars are still going strong! A+++ experience and I will definitely be going back to North Coast for my next vehicle.

Until now, we've only purchased cars from large dealerships. We have always assumed that the big dealers have the best price and provide the best customer service. After our last purchase we decided to try a family-owned dealership to see if they could be competitive. We've never had a bad experience buying a car, however this was - by far - the best experience. Their listed price for the car was nearly 15% lower than the competition within a 100 mile radius. In addition to that, they were able to get the same finance rates and warranty coverage as the other dealerships. There was absolutely zero pressure at any point with North Coast. James explained everything we needed to know, gave us the free Carfax report, took care of every last detail, got all the DMV, insurance and financing paperwork ready for us within a day. Even filled up the tank and had it detailed before we came to pick it up. Amazing. And it all took a mere fraction of the time we would spend waiting at the big dealership. Here's some free advice: "If at all possible, only do business with people you trust." We trust the folks at North Coast.
