I purchased a car for my 17 year old daughter. The car was suppose to have a three year bumper to bumper warranty as well as both bumpers and mirrors painted... but Mitch lied to me about both. I have this all in writing and will be forwarding it to the proper authorities. I’ve called numerous times as well as going to the store and Mitch the owner treats you like your beneath him and makes excuses on why there is a holdup.
Had me drive 2hours to see car they haven’t had in months. After telling me he touched the car before I came. I get there & he’s searching... for the car when he knows it’s not there. Then lies & says they’re going to the auction Friday. Never got back to me long story short don’t shop here I never write reviews but I had to. The worse dealer I ever been to by far
This place is awesome, the staff was very knowable and all their cars were really nice and well priced! I purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima with only 18K... Miles!!! WOW right!? Not only did they help me when nobody could, they educated me in the importance of credit! I love the guys at Ama Cars and the finance girl was so nice and explained everything clearly. No hidden things I understood everything I was signing. I would recommend everyone to buy from Ama Cars
I purchased a vehicle from AMA Cars in Tevose, PA on December 27, 2017. As of March 28th, my lender (GM Financial) did not received the title on this vehicle... and I have not been able to register or drive it. We received the registration in April. However, Ama cars have not held up it end of the bargain as far as getting the check engine problem fixed and he provided a receipt of “we owe.” After we filed a complaint with consumer complaint he went into action. On April 17th he called and agreed to take a look at why check engine light was on for 3 months. He told me to take it to Grand Prix Auto. I took the vehicle on April 18th at 3:00 pm. I left my vehicle and my witness came to pick me up. I kept in contact with Michael the owner of Grand Prix he assured me he was going to fix the check engine and check on the issue. I communicated with Mike daily, when it was time to pick up my car Mike also said I have a massive leak in the front of the engine. On the April 23rd I picked up my vehicle with an attachment of a nightmare, because Mike tried to charge me $55.00 for maintenance. When I refused, he said was not releasing my vehicle. My witness and I had to call the police to get my vehicle back, as well as call Mitch. When I contacted Mitch, he communicated with Mike to release the car and he will pay for everything. He also stated he will investigate and take care of why the check engine like is staying on. After this ordeal it has been very difficult to get in contact with Mitch. He has been giving me the run around. And nothing has been resolved. I contacted him today and he stated he would fix the problem. I believe it is too late. As of May 5th I had to tow my car to his dealership, because I was informed that my car died. I have a warranty that is not helpful and a dealership who sold me a vehicle that stop working after 3 1/2 to 4 month. And I know is a law against that, I am not sure where to start. Hopefully your agency can lead the way. I want to continue be proactive in my complaint filing. I have now found the dealership and I drove the car to the location with a promise he would provide a loaner. I drove an hour to his location and no vehicle was provided. I am paying for a vehicle I cannot drive. Because it was faulty and dangerous. I almost died, because my vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. And with my belief system in Mitch who sold me the car to drive. And he assured me it was going to be okay. It left me stranded for 3 hours.
I had a very bad experience with these people. Miguel the owner and his wife Christina was very rude and arrogant towards me. I placed a deposit using... my checking account by writing a check to them to secure and hold a vehicle after I had ask them, and they said that it would be okay. I also said to them that I may be able to withdraw funds from my account . They then sold the vehicle and was very nasty to me.I will put this out to everytj agency within the region..Do not buy from them.

Friendly atmosphere-friendly staff. Lexy was wonderful-she was their newest employee and very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot! Did not make me feel... rushed and she wasn't too aggressive or pushy.
I was going threw a hard time and nobody was willing to help me ama cars got me back behind a wheel. Thank your mitch I will never buy a car anywhere else.
Everyone at AMA Cars made the buying process a delight-seriously! At a time in life that I wasn't sure that I had much of a choice of vehicles and was... resigned to a "clunker" due to a recent divorce/credit issues and an accident, the staff at AMA got me approved for a car I've always wanted. I really didn't believe that they could do it but they assured me they could and they absolutely did! SInce purchasing the vehicle, the staff has continued to be in touch and provide the highest of customer service. I have already told friends and family about this place but I wanted to tell anyone looking to buy a car to check this place out. There is no "bull." I knew where I needed to be financially, they gave me options of vehicles and didn't try to sneak in any extra costs. The staff are straight shooters and I truly appreciated that in used car sales. I will definitely be returning to AMA for any car buying needs!
