    I found the car I wanted at this dealer through Cars.com. There was no haggling, or issues. The deal getting done was based on what they would take my trade for. They evaluated it fairly, and I bought the car with my trade as a down payment. No issues or pressure with the finance guy after I signed. Very easy and good to deal with. I would go back.

    Went to Biener Audi who came highly recommended by my brother, brother in law and a friend of mine who all had previously purchased from this dealership. They were right so far it's been the best experience I've ever had. The people that made my experience great Mike Firouztale the salesperson, Sera the finance manager and David the tech guy. The best price and speedy buying process was unbelievable. The dealership and Mike even gave us a gift after all this thank you.

    I had a great experience with Biener Audi. Having worked with other dealerships on prior purchases and shopped others this time around, I found the straightforward, fair approach of the Biener team to be both refreshing and surprising. I found myself waiting for the "gotcha" moment that has become an anticipated part of the car buying experience for most consumers; that moment never came. They offered a competitive deal, transparent terms, and were respectful of my time. Thanks to Stephanie, Mike and Sera for a great buying experience.

    We have purchased 6 Audi cars from Biener. In addition to giving us the best deal (we checked other dealers), they have always bent over backwards from Rich, the Sales Manager) to Mike F. the salesman, to David Kim the tech guru. Service department is always responsive and quick with any service call. Audi is a great product with exceptional Biener service.

    We have gone to this dealer to purchase a Q5. We thought since this was an Audi Dealer, we wouldn't have to deal with the stereotype car sales person. WRONG! Everything was fine while he showed us the car, explain our options and negotiate on the price. We made a cash deal, they were getting us a manson grey color car from another dealer, we paid the deposit once they told us they secured the car we made the wire transfer for the full amount on Tuesday. Thursday I called to make sure they received the wire transfer, the car salesman told us our car was at the dealer ready to be picked up any time. I told him we would come in on Monday and asked him to send us the window sticker & list of all the paperwork that would be necessary to pick up our car. We didn't receive any information, when I called the salesperson to tell him we were on our way, no answer. I received a voicemail while we were halfway saying our car wasn't in the dealership yet. I went there very angry that he lied to us and he had the full cash payment for the past 4 days. He told us we would have to wait, the car might be there tomorrow. Once we asked for our money back because we didn't even have a window sticker for this car that we paid in full he finally started to talk to his manager to see where the car was. Finally they figured out that the car was delivered late that monday and he wasn't aware. He took us outside showed us the wrapped car. They apologized, the salesperson said he would deliver it to us the next day. All this time we repeatedly told the salesperson car was going to be registered under my name. Before we left that evening, I asked the person again, what paperwork will you need tomorrow, all he said purchase insurance and make sure both your names are in the insurance. We did exactly that, he delivered the car at a very inconvenient, we had to go back and forth last minute on details about the insurance because they wouldn't ahead of time give us a list of items that needed to be done a certain way. Once they didn't want to wait any longer to deliver the car, they just went ahead, got the title of the car made under my husbands name and delivered the car! I called to say this was unacceptable we said many times, very clearly that we wanted to have the car under my name they said we were both on the title. Our title just arrived in the mail and it is under my husbands name! DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR! UNPROFESSIONAL!
