Had a great experience with Major Motor Cars

At first i was little hesitated due to condition of this dealer. Also there were no customer parking spaces and just jam packed with luxury cars in their parking lot. Just went in to check out 2021 Lexus rx350 for my family car. My first day with Terrie, I was quickly trying to get a quote. He was very straight forward with his deal but I still wanted to check out other dealers as well. So i left and went to other dealers to check on other cars they have and figure out the numbers. The next day, I went back to Terrie and made my purchase. I did test drove it and looked for any flaws on this car. I found one spot that had a small dent, but they fixed it for me. This dealer and staffs were amazing! i had a great easy experience with them. I will definitely come back to them when i need a new car or recommend them to my friends as well who needs a new car. I am enjoying driving my 2021 Lexus Rx350 right now and my children are smiling because they are too enjoying this car. Again thank you Terrie and Zaad for helping out our family!

Do not buy from them

Should have known better from the get go when I called to inquire about a vehicle in stock 3 separate times and was told by Iman that he would call me back and never did. Test drive lasted 1 block because there was no gas in the car. Iman did not say one word about the features of the vehicle, nothing. The guy could care less. Unfortunately they had the only black e43 amg in all the area, so I ended up purchased. They had agreed to replace all 4 tires on the vehicle as well and detail it. First day I had the car there was a massive rattling noise on the dash, so I had to take it to Mercedes to get fixed. Next week bring the car in to get the tires replaced,m and detailed, only to have to go back and forth with Zach because he no longer wants to replace the tires. Then I take the car to get detailed because it was done so poorly. Detailer let's me know there's overspray all over both passenger doors and that something had definitely happened to the car. Called Zach and he says they had knowledge of this, but have no responsibility to disclose that as the car fax is clean. I've had to call in 4-5 times just to get a copy of the extended warranty I purchased because they never gave it to me and never return calls. I've also now called 4 times with no return call because my temporary license plate ripped and it's been 3 months without receiving my plates. I could go on and on, but frankly it's just such a poorly run business it's almost laughable. Boggles my mind how a company like this can even be in business.

Hi Sean, I would like to point out a few things- 1. There was no reported damage to CarFax, but when you expressed concern regarding the vehicle we offered to unwind your deal, yet you declined. 2. Although this vehicle had approximately 8,000 miles on it and we believed the tires to be in acceptable condition, they were still replaced because your satisfaction is important to us. 3. We can get you another copy of your service contract but I would like to point out that it provided to you at the time of your purchase. 4. The issue with the your license plates is likely out of control as they are very backed up because of the pandemic, but we will see if there's anything we can do to assist.

Thank goodness for Peter

Watched a Merz on line on their site for couple weeks. Got a salesman who told me 'I'm the best 'salesman ! He worked hard, sent extra pic's which showed car was not very clean at all. He promised it to be 'spit shined ' when I would get it. I bought the car and shipped..interior ok..rest of car not good ! Not detailed , crud in trunk area, conv top area...paint swirls and 3 dry rotted tires. Low miles ..not taken care of... These things said..Peter ,owners son , stepped up. Reimbursed me for detail work and cleanup at least. Extremely personable... he was over all pretty responsive once he got involved. I've done many online buys....this one shocked me .

Excellent overall purchasing experience

Absolutely the best overall buying experience. Jason Yorker is not a "used car sales," rather a professional automotive concierge. He located that exact vehicle I was looking for, was patient with my questions, but especially negotiated a more than reasonable and fare offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from Rob Hassan (General Manager) to Jason Yorker. They all provided an excellent buying experience and attention to detail. From one who hates buying cars, these guys are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

Awesome Experience!

This place is awesome! Love their vibe! Super nice selection of high end cars. People there are friendly and not over too Aggro. They work quick to get you in and out. Would guy again!

horrible communication

Great People Great Cars!

Major Motor Cars is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I emailed them regarding a Mercedes they listed for sale. By the time I came in the vehicle I came into was being sold. I was upset at first but was greeted by the owner, Peter, actually the owner's son. He took me into his office and charmed us. He didn't treat us like a typical salesperson. He promised to find me a similar vehicle to which I thought would be an empty promise. Sure enough he called me two days later to come in a drive the vehicle he had just purchased for me, with no deposit and no strings attached! I felt super comfortable coming down. The vehicle was as described in pristine condition. I was super happy about my decision to do business with Major Motor Cars and would happily refer my friends and family. Peter and his employees are heartfelt, easy going, and friendly to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
