New lease made easy!

This is not my closest Subaru dealership. I came here to follow the associate who sold/leased me my last two Subarus. That's how great she is! But it turns out everyone I dealt with at Colonial was fantastic! Angie is affable, genuine and knowledgeable. Everyone else - from the business manager to the guy that gets your car ready for pick-up - puts you at ease. I was never lead to a dark, windowless, smoke-filled room like at other dealerships. Everything was bright and open. I'm eligible for a new lease in 2.5 years and baring any unforeseen events, I'll be coming back to Colonial!

Rolling over lease

Knowing that my Impreza lease was due to end just about the time I was to move to Ct. from out-of-state, I reached out to the dealership local to my new home town. I was lucky enough to hook up with Dan Holuba before the move, and followed his advice as to what to do once I was local. Got my new driver's license, met with Dan, and was blessed with having a salesman both patient and understanding; that made the transition to my new 2017 one of the easier things I have had to deal with over the past few months. Great people, Great place JM from Jersey

Just great my 4th car in 7 years

Stellar customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Walked in at 10 am and came back at 3:30 and drove out by 4:15 with full knowledge of all the instruments of the car as well as additional services available. Was also met by the service as well as business manager of the dealership.....just a super experience.

Great experience at Colonial Subaru

My experience at Colonial Subaru was excellent. The general manager, George Samaha, was very helpful and my sales person Kelly Albano was also helpful and took her time explaining all the options I had in trade in and purchase of my new Outback.

Friendly staff, easy to get to

Large selection of in stock cars. Very easy to test drive a car, sales staff patient with customer and helpful in getting answers to questions. Most cars come with accessories such wheel locks which I would not have added to my car if given the choice. Pricing on vehicle was good, but they try to sell a large amount of add ons such as extended warranty, dent protection, tire protection and more. I felt this was a bit of a hard sell, and the main reason I did not give this dealership a 5 star rating. They also did not tell me before I picked up the car that they would do window VIN etching and charge $200 for that. In summary, excellent sales staff. Hard sell for add ons with some unexpected extra charges at pick up time.

Friendly, attentive, and thorough.

When Colonial Subaru first moved into their new location, I was not entirely happy with their expansion since they had been small and cozy on Federal Road. How, however, they have grown into themselves, and their new environment has become friendly and hospitable. The experience of leasing our new car was easy, organized, and sensible. The people, from Daniel our sales consultant, to Bob to Nick all connected personally with us. Of course, they are sales people, always offering some additional service at greater cost. But, all in all, they do a great job and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to them.

Very good to work with to resolve lease dispute

I leased my first Subaru; a 2017 Impreza Limited Hatchback. This was the second Subaru for my family. I appreciate the time and effort that personnel took from end of June until this past Staturday to ensure I had a new 2017 lease to drive with a excellent payment. The car is great and meets all the needs of my family. April, my salesperson was wonderful, most informative as well as accessible to all my questions. I appreciate the effort put in by all to ensure I had the right mileage, car style and treated as a loyal customer. I highly recommend this team for anyone in search of a Subaru.

It was all very easy

My husband and I visited Colonial Subaru in Danbury Ct. the whole experience could not have been easier. Have never had a Subaru before but Dan Holuba our salesman showed us everything we wanted to know. We test drove a couple of cars and the car sold itself.. Dan spent about 2 hrs with us and answered all questions and showed a lot of knowledge and he seemed really interested that we would be happy. We met George who I think manages the place and he was friendly and helpful.. it was a very soft self with absolutely no pushing us at all. I think it was the best experience of car buying we have had.,....

April, the Internet Sales Rep. Won Us Over!!

We are a three-time Subaru owner and we were coming off our lease. We live in Norwalk and all of our dealings have been through our local dealer here. We decided to cross-reference pricing with Colonial under an assumed name with NO INTENTION of ever making a transaction with them. BOY was I wrong! To my surprise, the pricing April provided me was incredibly competitive to a point, where I had to ask if there was 'a catch'. There wasn't! The dealership I normally deal with simply couldn't match the deal and what do you know.... I became a new Colonial Family Member today! April was attentive, honest and forthcoming with all aspects of the negotiation process. This is exactly what I was looking for. In comparison to the dealership we normally use, we found Colonial to be expansive, extremely clean & modern. The process in which you purchase/lease a car is far easier than prior experiences elsewhere, as it's streamlined and efficient. We were in and out very quickly with respects to paperwork. The vehicle was delivered as promised, at the incredible low price offered and in flawless condition, unlike my last two Subarus I took delivery at my other dealership that I found light scratches or had mechanical issues (on brand new cars, mind you) This place is TOP NOTCH and if you want a no-bull, straight shooter salesperson - April Zanotti is the individual for you. Rest assured. Oh, and by the way... Last Friday when I called my regular salesperson at my local dealer and asked if I can come down that Saturday to get my car appraised, I was told "come in Monday, I'm busy." Well, that evening I was online emailing April back and forth at 9:30PM ... yes, 9:30PM ....... talk about SERVICE! ONE more reason why April won me over and my FORMER dealership lost me as a customer. LOVE YOU, APRIL!!
