I purchased a Volvo S60 back in 2015 and since it had

I purchased a Volvo S60 back in 2015 and since it had factory Guarantee for three years, I took it to Bill Kidds Volvo Service Department in Baltimore County. At first, they were doing reasonably good work, but as time went by the level of service went downward fast. While they were charging me for regular oil change and maintenance three times as the other shops, they failed to deliver what they had promised-such as providing me a rent a car while my car was being repaired, or washing my cars as promised because they claimed their car wash was broken or their cars for renting were no longer available. And in one occasion they broke a video camera that came on my car front without even acknowledging of its existence. Finally, I stopped going there. Fast forward to 2023, my instrument panel went black last week and my regular mechanic said that it needs to be fixed by Volvo dealers. I made an appointment to get the problem checked- the clerk told me that by the way, you seat belt is under recall warning, something that I was just being notified on! So, I said please book me for fixing the seatbelt and the instrument panel, which she did. Today, I go there (about 10 miles drive from where I live) expecting to get both problems taken care of while I am waiting. First thing I am told by their mechanic/manager is that I did not make an appointment for fixing the panel, only the seatbelt! Then, he says I might have to wait the whole day to even get them to look at the panel because there are other cars ahead of me. I am wondering so why did you schedule me at this time?! At the end, when I decided that I was not going to have them to repair my car, he started to say insulting and rude words. My advice is to stay away from Bill Kidd's Volvo service center. If you do good luck!

Worst Volvo dealer in md will never return No integrity

Worst Volvo dealer in md will never return No integrity service poor. Each time I had to take my vehicle there it was always some unresolved issue and I was charged ridiculously if it wasn’t for the fact they were the closest dealer and basically only one in my immediate area I would have never gone back here, The mechanic are not skilled as the claim. I had to resolve an issue they couldn’t figure out after numero visits back. I could write a book about how horrible my experience has been and how I feel like they Robbed me of my hard earned money

BATE AND SWITCH!

BATE AND SWITCH!!! They don't have the vehicles they advertise everywhere, but they have plenty that are three times the price of the ones they advertise. Don't waste your time.

After 40 years of buying Toyota's from Bill Kids my family is done. Customer service is terrible. A few years ago I wrote them off after they refused to fix a recall item, they wanted $1200 for the recall repair, and made my next purchase from another dealer. My wife still had faith in them until today. She will be buying a new Toyota this fall and guaranteed we take the business to Heritage where they seem to care about their customers.

Doesn't value customer loyalty

Bil Kid's is our closest local dealer and where we take our cars for service, so we always give them a chance to earn our business. Unfortunately, they repeatedly prove they don't want it. We bought a Toyota Highlander from them in 2020; and have attempted to buy (3) more cars without success. I cover a large territory and drive a lot of miles for work, so every couple of years I replace my Camry hybrid with a newer model. In 2018 I went in looking for a hybrid SE, which they didn't have and couldn't get so I bought elsewhere. In 2021 I went back looking for a Camry hyrbid XSE, which again they couldn't get so I bought elsewhere. On both occasions I needed the vehicle quickly, so I didn't fault them. This past week, I went in looking for our regular salesperson who was away on vacation, so I spoke to the Sales Manager, Tom Myers. I explained that I am looking for another Camry hybrid XSE but this time I had no time constraint. He said they could try to find one, but with a $3k dealer markup. So I walked out. I called two other local dealers, Toyota of York and Toyota of Westminster, who both agreed to sell me the vehicle at MSRP once they located it. I went back to Bill Kid's the next day, explained to Tom Myers what I had learned and asked for some consideration since we had bought a vehicle there before, had given them several other opportunities, and serviced our vehicles with them. Didn't matter - loyalty be damned - they would charge us a dealer markup. I've learned the hard way Bill Kid's doesn't care about customer loyalty, vehicle service or repeat purchases - and therefore I will take all of our business elsewhere and make sure others I know do the same.

Dealing with Bill Kidd's Toyota was a great experience

Dealing with Bill Kidd's Toyota was a great experience from the start. Our salesman Dee was excellent. The process from start to finish was a breeze and everyone was friendly and professional. We spent less time there buying than we did looking at other Dealerships. I purchased a Tacoma almost 20 years ago from Bill Kidd's and hope to purchase from them again.

Bias for some reason

The appraiser was very bias and unprofessional !!! Worst experience ever at a dealership…He claimed my front wheel was “possibly unaligned … he said he would never buy my car and return to CarMax because they will give the best deal … I was ready to buy a 2023 S90… HORRIBLE!!

A nightmare.

How they have gotten such high ratings simply (blows) my mind. I must have been an anomaly in dealing with this wretched service department.... Everything about this service department from arrogance and the most (sloppy) work I have ever experienced.
