    I just purchased my 2nd car from Bill Kidd's Volvo. My experience 8 years ago was identical to my recent experience - excellent! I really like that there is such tenured and knowledgable staff and a no-pressure philosophy. They care about making sure that your experience is the best that it can be.

    Very quick service, personable and helpful salesperson. Good value for the quality of the vehicle, in line with expectations from online searches. Was only disappointed by finding out a few days later that there was some leftover trash in the glovebox and behind a seat. Also did not notice there weren't floor mats - that's on me, sure, but c'mon, no floor mats? Had I noticed, I would have demanded they include them.

    All aspects of the buying experience at Bill Kidd's was professional. I went to other dealerships in my search for a new car and Tom and Dennis provided a relaxed atmosphere where I felt free to ask questions and take my time consider my purchase without the pressure I felt at other dealers.

    Bottom line: Bill Kidd's takes care of my car, has been doing so for over 25 years! But also the expert professionalism of the service staff is of the highest level and I am always treated with respect. My service manager has been Dean Marino for all of my volvo cars and I trust him 100%. He is doing a superb job.

    Ronnie did a magnificent job on my car. There were extensive repairs needed, yet he put the car in perfect running order in faster-than-promised time! It was amazing.     Elliot Evianiak did a wonderful job. He was very helpful and patient in explaining the many functions of the car, and did not pressure me to buy. Also, the price that Mike Thornton and Elliot quoted me on the phone was just what I paid, without any haggling or hidden expenses. Everything went very smoothly. It was just what a car-buying experience should be.
