I'm a Toyota for life buyer. I never buy any other cars, period. Buchannon Toyota has made me reconsider. Lousy dealership, lousy service, lousy repairs. Just a nightmare. Next time I need a car I'll go to Virginia and stay away from this dealership!!!

With everything going on they made sure to sanitize everything. Service was very quick and professional. While I waited I looked at their selection of new vehicles, was expecting to be hassled into buying. Was asked one time if I needed help I said no just browsing. Was not pressured at all.

My first time ever owning a Toyota and am very happy with the Tundra. The purchasing process was pleasant the people are very helpful, friendly and make buying a new truck easy for someone who usually doesn't buy new.

Friendliness..efficiency. The staff communicated all aspects of the ongoing service with me. When they saw they needed more time, they provided a loaner vehicle for the night.

Buckhannon Toyota has a knowledgeable, personable staff with Expedient service. There is a comfortable waiting area. Easy to schedule appointment online. Good follow up. Extra precautions taken during COVID19 .
