    I just bought a new car (Optima EX) from Classic Kia in Waukegan. This hands down was the best car purchase I have ever had - and i've purchased numerous cars over my 40 years of driving! Clean and comfortable dealership. Free wifi, snacks, coffee. As far as the purchase went - there was no pressure from Gary (a veteran as well!), the salesman. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire process. The finance guy, Sean was equally nice. I got a very fair deal on my trade in and did not go thru the typical "haggling". The car is fantastic- fully loaded, recommended by Consumer Reports and has an excellent safety rating by the NTSB. My wife and I couldn't be happier with it! Thanks guys!

    If you can go somewhere else PLEASE try. Good reviews on Classic must have been written by its employees. I brought my van for detailing and left with a dent and scratches on my car. The ridiculous part was that I had to argue that the damage was committed by them RATHER than Classic having the "class" to simply accept that they did the damage. In the end, they made repairs, BUT like similar reviews of this place, IT IS NOT where you should take your vehicle if you truly value it inside and out. BEWARE!

    I was in the market for a larger vehicle that would accommodate 2 large car seats for my new twins. I originally went to carmax thinking I'd appreciate their 'no haggle' approach. However I found them to be unprofessional and not knowledgeable. Luckily I didn't stop my search there. I found a potential highlander on cars.com and gave classic Toyota a call. I was put in touch with Leo Melesio. He was EXCEPTIONAL: extremely knowledgeable, polite, and conscious of my limited time. Everything you'd want when buying a car!! The process was very low stress, painless, and was happy with the final offer and walked out with my beautiful Highlander that I know our family will love for years to come. Thank you Leo!!!

    My wife had her 2010 Scion Xd serviced today at Classic Toyota After getting an oil change, she returned to her car to find the hood of her car and roof had fresh scratches. These are large and deep scratches that are obviously new (please see attached photos). When she brought this to the the attention of the service advisor, Jerry O.Brien and the manager they both told me they would not accept responsibility and were very rude to her. This is ridiculous and I am livid and my wife is upset. You just lost business from two loyal customers that have coming there for over a year.

    This was the first time we rented a car. The experience we had at Classic Toyota was amazing. Peter Polanski helped us throughout the whole process. He was friendly, patient, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions kindly, provided all the quotes we wanted to know and compare and let both my husband and I test drive the cars we were interested in separately (which actually turned out to be helpful to our final decision). We wanted to sell our old car too and Peter took care of that very nicely as well. I can tell you this, when we decided we want the car, we just sat in their seating area and he took care of everything else - 20 minutes after we signed the papers, we left the dealership with a 2016 Camry. We were really happy as we almost didn't take the car but Peter and his manager worked with us and made sure we get the deal we are comfortable with. I definitely recommend anyone interested in renting a Toyota to wok with Classic Toyota and especially with Peter. Our experience with Classic Toyota, both selling our old car and renting a new car, was smooth, pleasant and professional. Most important than all, we didn't feel any pressure to make a decision.

    Overall great experience. They will bend over backwards to ensure a positive experience for the buyer. Sales rep Pete Smith was fantastic to work with. He was professional, thorough, and his communication was outstanding; he made it a smooth process. Their GM Rick Danca, personally oversaw the process through to ensure any speed bumps along the way would be smoothed out and handled accordingly. All individuals involved with the process went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations.

    Just leased my 3rd car from Classic. The sales staff is friendly, professional, and best of all found me a deal within my budget. Toyota makes excellent vehicles, so I'm very happy with price and quality. The customer waiting area is comfortable with many amenities. Classic Toyota is a "class" act.
