Using Costco Auto Buy Progam resulted in the best deal available. All other local dealers did not have the X-Runner and would not honor Costco price on... ordered X-Runners. Personnel was very helpful and friendly. No high pressure sales.

Buyers beware! Think twice about purchasing a vehicle from this location. I inquired about a truck with the sales rep Cal Conner which also happens to... be the finance manager as well. I went and test drove the truck the evening before and the salesperson knew I was bringing in my trade and cash the following day to purchase the vehicle. At no time was I wavering to purchase he clearly understood this. The following morning I was contacted by Mr Conner to complete my credit app. I did just that and sent it in. Mr Conner ran my credit then messaged me 10 minutes later stating he just sold the truck to another customer. The fact of the matter was Mr Conner should have never bugged me for my credit app knowing he was in the middle of selling the vehicle in which I intended on purchasing. They hit my credit report and sold the vehicle to someone else within minutes. This company has zero integrity. Purchase from someone who will take care of their customers!
Do not recommend this dealership. Purchased two vehicles from them. Both off warranty by now. Customer service is terrible. I realize I could be taking... my car somewhere else for oil changes, but I am tried to stay a loyal customer. People out there do not stay loyal, because John Elway does not care about this! Today I went for what I thought was an oil change, then I am told I did not need one, but I am still quoted 69.95 for an inspection. An hour into service Aaron comes and tells me my break fluid needs to be changed and tells me it costs 229.00 an hour later I pay for my vehicle a total of 293.79. I go wait for my car to be retrieved and 30 more minutes go by. I Arrived at 1230 now is almost 3pm. After complaining why it takes more than 30 mins to get my car they tell me they could not find my wireless key. Thinking I need a battery I ask if by courtesy it could be replaced, and I am told NO!!!! This is after spending nearly 300 and after stating my unhappiness for the wait. I am told no. So folks John Elway service managers do not care about you! Being a customer for 2013 and spending thousands is relevant. No they do not care about your happiness!!!!! Fake marketing about caring about their customers. Not true!!!! After your car is off warranty and paid off go somewhere else where you are truly valued. Guess a 7.00 remote battery is too much to spend on a customer bad experience!!!!
I wanted to leave a review to recognize the excellent customer service I received from a sales associate named Anjum. I was looking for a used Toyota 4Runner... and he did a great job of providing me quick and detailed information and maintained communication with me the entire time. I ended up buying through another dealer, but not for lack of customer service here!
I am writing this review so that anyone who reads this will not have their time completely wasted, just as I did. This is the absolute worst dealership... that I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. They are dishonest and deceptive and will lie to you just to get you in the door. Once you are there, they will waste your time with complete disregard. They come off as prompt and professional while speaking to them over the phone, but only for the sole purpose of manipulating you to come to their dealership. I scheduled a visit three days in advance to see a specific car. They even followed up the day before just to check that I would still be able to make it. I showed up at the scheduled time and requested the specific individual (Steve Nash) that I was instructed to ask for when I arrived. He met me and asked what I was there for, and I told him. He then told me he would be right back and proceeded to leave me waiting for over 30 minutes. Another employee asked me if I had already been helped and I informed them of the situation. Shortly after, Steve came back and asked me what I was there for, again. I told him, again. He then told me that the specific that vehicle I had had driven over an hour to see had just been sold and was "out back being washed." He asked me if there was anything else I was interested in and I told him that I was only there to see that specific vehicle, and ended up leaving. The following day I had my friend call the same dealership and inquire about the exact same vehicle and they told him that it was available to purchase. This is completely inexcusable. They even called my friend back and asked if he was still interested in seeing the same vehicle despite the cargurus listing being updated as "sold" two hours prior to calling him.
I am normally very pleased by the sercice at Crown Toyota. But the service I received recently was absolutely disappointing. My service agent, Michelle... Hernandez, was absolutely clueless. Not only did she not keep me up to date with the status of my car, but she refused to answer any of my questions. She would just walk away. When I asked the front desk the status of my car, they told me all she had to do was print my paperwork. I waited another 30 minutes for her to get off her lazy butt to bring my paperwork. It wasn't until I complained that things finally got moving. Unbelievable.
Made appointment to have warranty work done on my vehicle, I went as far as bringing my vehicle in to the dealership 2 days before to make sure they had... the parts and was assured it was in stock. 2 Days later, dropped it off and 1 hr later received a call and part was wrong color. Few weeks later when parts came in, I made another appointment and dropped car off in the morning, was told it will be about 3 to 4 hrs so I waited at dealership. 7 Hrs later got car back and they forgot to reconnect the radio antenna. Waited another hour for that issue. After all is done, I noticed industrial glue/epoxy on the inside of my windshield due to replacing the top half of the dash. Windex couldn't get it off, had to use goo gone and razor to get that stuff off the windshield.
Luis Vargas went out of his way, from my text to a return phone call to even bringing the car to us to make sure the wheel chair could go in easily. He... arranged everything so I got the car pictured, price we agreed on in less than 2 hours from home in old car to home in new car. Tony Pouria Finance Manager had a great rate and had everything ready to sign in 20 minutes!
