5 Hour wait and car had not been touched!!
I had a 9 am APPOINTMENT for routine service. It took until 9:45 just to get checked in. I had been told the service would take 2 to 2.5 hours. They do not have shuttle service. At 2 pm I went to the service desk to check on the status of my car. IT HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED!!! I had them bring me my car and left.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid this dealer. I wanted to buy a car they have. Took my car in to trade it in. It's a very nice one with no issues. I have purchased many cars, and let them know up front I don't play games. So they evaluated my car and lowballed me with a ridiculous offer, they don't negotiate. And when I left without making a deal I saw my check engine light was on , wasn't on when i arrived. I feel they did something in retaliation, I don't know what yet. Sp please bypass this dealer, apparently they don't need to sell cars.
