    Yesterday I booked an appointment with crystal auto mall online, my appointment was at 11am, I needed oil change and tire rotation, Also I needed them to check if I could use my extended warranty to fix the locks of the two back doors as they stopped working recently and I know they cost a lot to fix but thank god I have warrantyI came in around 9:30am today 03/042017, So you wait until one of their customer service representatives calls you when they are free, So Normia Medina called me to her desk and I told her that I need oil change and tire rotation, And I also asked her to look if I can use my extended warranty that I've bought with the purchase of my car, My extended warranty is PREMIER ESSENTIAL, To fix the locks on the two back doors, So she said she's going to call them and then give me a call with the outcome, So she called me and said that PREMIER ESSENTIAL approved the repair and that they are going to call me when the car is done, And that all I have to pay is $100 premier essential deductible, and $80 for the oil change and tire rotation, And I said ok go ahead, And she said she will give me a call when the repair is done so I can go and pick up my car, then at 2:42PM Normia Medina called me again and I was busy so I couldn't pick up the phone so she left a voicemail saying, the car is done but for the warranty company the payment department is closed, So you have two options either you leave the car here until Monday or you pay the whole amount which is more than $1000, And then get reimbursed from the warranty company, I went there and spoke to all managers and nobody did anything, They even refused to give a loaner car until Monday, The manager said who's gonna pay for it, They made me wait one hour in the store and then they said sorry we can't release the car without payment, I went in the morning with my beautiful 2013 Gray Camry and now I don't have a car until Monday without me doing anything wrong, I don't know how I'm going to work tomorrow

    Hello Mr. Alnasseri, We appreciate you choosing us for service. We worked diligently with your warranty company, on Saturday, the day of your visit. However, your warranty¿¿¿s payment department was closed and we were only able to get just the APPROVAL for repair coverage. Please understand that we cannot release a vehicle without payment, which was difficult considering the fact that your warranty could not make payment the day of your visit. We offered you alternative options, like dropping you off at home and making the payment yourself to later receive reimbursement from your warranty company, but you declined. I hope that you can understand that we did our best to serve you with the limitations of your warranty company. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our Customer Relations Department at 732-968-1000 ext 232. Thank you.

    We had bad experiences with Toyota dealers in Newton, ledgewood, and haltermans in PA. This by far was the best dealer. Gave us a great price and hassle free! This dealer by far is the best in NJ. Our salesman Geo was Great! Just had my car serviced and start to finish great. Mechanic was great and so was Barre the service girl. I wish I could remember mechanic he was great.

    Evening appts for regularly schedule maintenance (oil change etc) always takes at least 1 hr. Recent Sat appt for routine maintenance, they said I needed new front brake pads. Waited 3 hrs! Unrelated to long waits, took car in for tire pressure light. On the way home, on highway, hood was vibrating. Never thought I would have to double check that hood is shut if they were checking tires!

    I liked the professionalism, respect and courtesy of the staff where I purchased my car at Crystal Auto Mall in Green Brook, NJ...... Especially by the General Manager Robert Rameriz and Elias Iraheta, my Customer Product Advisor. I spent more time there than I planned making very important decisions buying my car and everyone was very patient and understanding to my needs. I am soooo very happy and excited with my New Mazda 2016.5 CX-5 Grand Touring especially the feel, performance, & luxury of the car. I really Love the color, Deep Crystal Blue with 2 tone leather interior !! I am getting so many compliments on my car. Thank You for making me Happy and very Satisfied!!

    I leased a Highlander from Cyrstal Auto Mall recently and was so impressed that within weeks I was back there pricing mid-size sedans for purchase (for my son). Fady Beshara is just an incredible salesman???non-slick, non-pushy, totally responsive, genuinely friendly, and with a comprehensive knowledge of the inventory (both Toyotas and Mazdas--I test drove both). He worked with me patiently over weeks, providing tons of requested information, crunching many numbers, proving immediately accessible, and informing me of things in MY interest to know. I found him so trustworthy that, after my first lease transaction, I left wanting to give HIM any future business (no car salesman has ever engendered my loyalty as fast as Fady did). He???s a rarity in this business, and I can guarantee you that you???ll have an exceptional experience working with him. I???d add that the sales manager, Stephen Weiss, also proved to be a very welcome, engaging straight-shooter???no ???bs??? when we discussed and negotiated any numbers. All in all an unusually positive experience.

    Love the way I was treated like family. The lady that helped me, Nurmia went out of her way personally and professionally to make sure I understood all of your services and that I was informed about every single thing. She also made time to seem to care about me personally. She went as far as offering a loaner car so that I would not miss a conference call since my car needed to stay all afternoon. She really really went above and beyond to make sure I got the royal carpet treatment. It was incredible that Javier Urmeneta remembered me from the last time I was there and really feels like a friend to me now. Lacey at your reception desk as well remembered me and it meant more than words can say that all three of them wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the services for my car. I will always trust Crystal Toyota because of the quality of people there. We are still new to New Jersey and coming from North Carolina I did not know what to expect but I have to say the south has nothing over the people of your great state of New Jersey especially at Crystal Toyota. Life can be so stressful but not at Crystal Toyota! We hope to keep our Toyota Venza as long as possible because we love our car and you all keep it humming like a drum but if God forbid something happened and we had to shop for a new car I guarantee we would come to you all!
