they ask me to pay $ 600.00 to fix my car problem and they did not fix it. then they asked me for $ 2200.00 to fix it. i gave them a letter from Toyota... showing what is the problem and it must be fixed under Warranty . they said no this is not the problem then i talk my car to another Dealer and they fixed it within 48 hours without charging me any thing

Don’t leave without all that is pronounced to you, they may send you money owed to you after 6 weeks. After 4 weeks of a negotiated second key, they’ll... have you get it done elsewhere and pay for it out your pocket, if you’re reimbursed is yet to be determined. Finance rates will be as high as possible. Financial dept is xxxx and has limited integrity in their promises. Manager will offer you a “sorry” for your inconvenience. I’d recommend financing elsewhere. Sales was fine initially, but then it’s out of their control. Be mindful

The fact that you don't have to sit and "haggle" over prices, and everything goes fast. The friendliness of all the staff, especially the GM.
I purchased a 2018 certified Camry. I felt that I got a fair price and did well on my trade, that's where the good stops. After paying for the car in... full, I waited 5 days for them to fix a wheel, not a big deal. I picked up the car 5 days later and then discovered that there were no floor mats, no second key fob, and no owners manuals, I had even asked about the second key fob before I purchased the car. I left the dealership with my new car and none of these! When I asked my young salesman about these, his reply was "well, were they in the car when you drove it"? I thought that was a smart xxx reply as if this was all my fault. In all my past experiences, the floor mats are typically cleaned and put in the trunk. I then called and emailed him over the next few days as he said he would look for the missing items. After a few days and not many replies, I was told "I've been busy and just haven't gotten to it". I'm a salesman by career, I know when you're being blown off. I was fortunate, the previous owner never unregistered their phones in the radio, and BTW, something the dealer should have done. I pulled their numbers and called them. Turns out that the previous owner was unsatisfied with their sales experience and kept these things out of spite! They gladly gave me the key fob and all of the manuals but had given the mats to a friend. Turns out the dealer never gave them the mats when they bought the car a very short time ago and charged them $200 for new ones after the sale.... huh, sounds familiar! The previous owner encouraged me to write a review and include her name since she is well known to the dealership! I ended up having to buy all new floor mats, the dealership obviously had no interest in assisting. At one point I conceded and offered to buy them new from them if they would sell them to me at cost, they never even replied. Another experience from the dealership was I waited 30 minutes plus on each occasion I was there, even with an appointment. Obviously my salesman was more interested in figuring out where his next buck comes from rather that caring about where the last one came from. I sat there quietly as he dealt with other people at the table next to me! I've bought 7 Toyotas since 2006, some new, some used, all from dealerships, this was the least pleasurable experience! i had a friend who purchased here, same story.
I wish I could give them 0 stars. I put money down on a car and this dealership sold the car to someone else because I did not come in to pick up the car... within 24 hours.... unfortunately I was home with a sick child. I would assume they treat women like this routinely. Appalling.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016... Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
Mitch was very helpful and provided all information I requested. In my opinion he went beyond expectations since I had not bought a new car in over 13... years. In addition he was very patient and paid attention to all my questions.
Jay was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, responsive, informative and helpful. The management was also helpful with the car buying process.
It was great, exceeded my expectations of a car buying experience. The only reason for this last part is that responses must have at least 20 words but... the first part is true
