I wish I could give them 0 stars. I put money down on a car and this dealership sold the car to someone else because I did not come in to pick up the car... within 24 hours.... unfortunately I was home with a sick child. I would assume they treat women like this routinely. Appalling.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016... Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
The fact that you don't have to sit and "haggle" over prices, and everything goes fast. The friendliness of all the staff, especially the GM.
Mitch was very helpful and provided all information I requested. In my opinion he went beyond expectations since I had not bought a new car in over 13... years. In addition he was very patient and paid attention to all my questions.
Jay was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful, responsive, informative and helpful. The management was also helpful with the car buying process.

The salesman, Josh, asked me the right questions to get me the car I loved without having to look at a bunch of different vehicles. He listened to what... I was looking for and helped me decide to lease a car because I would like a larger vehicle in the near future.
Friendly and fast service. Had an appointment for 6:00, car was clean and ready for a test drive. Dave was helpful throughout. The team got May payment... to where I needed to be without haggling.
