Justin in sales was awesome. He made us feel relaxed and welcome when we came to the dealership and had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive. The whole experience was as relaxing as it can get for a car purchase. No hard sale. The vehicle we purchased was used with some minor issues but Justin assured us he would make sure to have those things repaired. He lived up to his word and we couldn't be happier. Jared in finance was also great. He took us through the finance process, showed us some options and was very knowledgeable explaining everything and answering all our questions. When we had to drop our vehicle off a few days later to have it serviced we were given a loaner car for the day. That type of service is personal and that's what makes all the difference. Overall, if I was to guide anyone in their next car purchase I would highly recommend they go to Falmouth Toyota.

Everyone at this dealership was great, starting with our salesman, Ronnie. He was professional, he fully understood his product, in our case a Rav 4, he could explain every feature and answer every question. He was a pleasure to work with and has a great sense of humor. He found exactly the vehicle I wanted and kept me informed while I waited for delivery. Taking delivery was smooth and I’m very happy that the dealership is so near to my home for service.
