The experience went smoothly. Maria was exceptional ,no sales pressure, answered all my questions. (I had had a previous negative experience. ) All the staff was helpful as well. Maria connected phone to computer and took time to explain the car's functions When I had trouble with the computer a few.days later, I was assisted by another helpful person via phone. I started my search for a new car in June 2023. I met Ronnie and asked him questions concerning “market adjustments” that other Toyota dealerships have. Falmouth Toyota does not have market adjustments. I returned in Oct. 2023 and in Feb. 2024, when I finally purchased a new 2024 Highlander. I had been going back and forth in my own mind for several months as to whether I would purchase a Highlander vs. a Grand Highlander. I would highly recommend that you talk to Ronnie at Falmouth Toyota concerning your next purchase.

I went to Falmouth Toyota recently to buy a car. The service was excellent. I don't know a lot about cars but I had a good idea of what I wanted in a car, and our sales person, Robert Bonneau, made sure I could find the kind of car I was looking for.
