This is the 3rd preowned RAV4 I’ve purchased from Falmouth Toyota over the years. They do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it. I live on an island which caused unavoidable delays due to weather and complications in ferry scheduling. From start to finish,Maria O’Neill went above and beyond to help me in all aspects. I can’t thank her enough. It just doesn’t get any better than this!

They’re the best!
They’re the best! From salespeople, to finance manager, to the bosses/owners, to the used car folks, etc. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a 2023 Rav-4 Hybrid & traded in an older Rav-4. I wasn’t sure I’d be comfortable driving the SUV but after becoming accustomed to it, decided to let go of my beloved 2006 Prius named Kermit (it’s not easy being green). Didn’t want any money for it but didn’t want the hassle of selling it. Also KNEW these folks would go over it carefully so the next owner would have years of safe enjoyment too. The bonus was… they actually gave a check for it!!! Said they could wait a couple years & sell it as an antique. 😉
