Nichole was extremely helpful and prompt on keeping me informed about my car . Repair was done in a timely manner.

They got my car in on time and finished in about 45 min. -sooner than I thought it would take. Staff was very friendly as well. A video was sent to me that showed brake/tire wear and both in excellent shape. I had never seen this ( a video)done by a dealer before --great idea.

They were courtesy , not pushy , considerate and gave us a good deal as well as guiding us through the transaction.

Sales lady don't know how to do her job . Had to go back 3 times to get thinks right .The sale staff when I went back the 3rd time was great and the lady from the office was awsome.Need to train sales lady how to do her job right the 1st time not a good way to make a 1st impression.
