We needed several services performed but were out of the garage in less than an hour. Competent, friendly people.

Had an appointment because of a recall on my Toyota RAV4 the appointment was made a couple weeks ago and I show up today and everybody was friendly and courteous my first time being a customer there and I am there for about an hour and 15 minutes in the waiting room (after an hour drive there) and the gentleman comes out and then tells me that they don’t have my part that it got shipped somehow to the wrong dealership and they will have a new part tomorrow but they don’t have any appointments until the 12th I was very disappointed. And I also was told my car was in certain row and it wasn’t it actually was right where I parked it in the service lane, the only one left that they were never be able to bring in to work on.

Great salesman but your service department isn’t the greatest had my truck in there three times for my front and shaking while putting on the brakes fourth time to get a front tire changed because the tire was defective they put the new tire on when I bought the truck then they charged me for the tire which I think I didn’t have to because they put it on in the first place

Joe (salesperson) was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pushed into the deal). Dave (finance) was very open and honest. I feel like I got a fair price and they made the process very easy.

At every point along the way, the dealership proved themselves to be great to work with, reliable, true to their word, and actually enjoyable. Would highly recommend our experience with Joe Court and Matt.

All the associates were friendly and helpful. They also arrange for my transportation to my home and back to the service area when the work was completed to pick up my car.
