I visited 5 Toyota dealerships in CT and choose Hoffman Toyota to purchase my vehicle based on my experience with sales person Julie Hoang. Her honesty and willingness to work with me with out sales pressure was the difference in choosing Hoffman Toyota. Their Simsbury location was further from my house than all the other dealerships, but I'm willing to drive the distance for my purchase and future service. As part of my research I looked at each dealers service department customer feedback and actually went to each customer waiting areas and many were filled with stressed and anxious looking customers. Hoffman Toyota is not a high volume dealer and I felt my future visits would be what I was looking for. If you want to be treated right its worth the drive especially when looking for a vehicle and working with Julie Hoang.

Jordan Davis was professional and very knowledgeable when I purchased my Nissan 370 Z Nismo purchase one week ago. I drove from Va Beach. Va to buy the car I saw on line. He answered all my questions and put me at ease during the process. Finance was also nice without any pressure added, or hidden costs from this dealer . I have shared Hoffman Nissan to my friends. On January 8, 2024 I gave Hoffman Toyota’s salesman a $1000 depositby credit card toward the purchase of a 2024 Toyota RAV4 XLE that was allocated to the dealership and was supposed to arrive in the next couple of months with the option of declining to purchase upon inspection of the vehicle when it arrived. On February 26, I emailed the salesman to tell him that I was no longer interested in the car and to please return my deposit. When I called the salesman, he was rude and hung up on me. I emailed two of the managers of the dealership at two different times and my emails were ignored.
