    I am extremely pleased with Lithia Toyota Service department in the fact that our service writer gave me a phone quote and it was exactly what Scott quoted that I paid for the service after it was performed. That was a great price quote and will use them in the future.

    I am so happy with my new car and all those involved at Lithia who handled my trade in and purchase...Jeff Harbaugh, Armando, Jordan, Greg, and the very efficient lady in the office! (I'm sorry , I can't remember her name,... maybe Catie? i called the day before to do as much over the phone as possible as I only had a small window of time to do this. I drove up from Yreka, where I was visiting my mom who has had a stroke and I had to be back for my Lil brothers funeral service that same day. This Lithia team helped so much! I appreciate everyone's concern for me and what my family is going through. Greg was especially so kind to patiently deal with me... I was alittle scattered on that day.... I felt so humbly served this day.. I call you all blessings from above!

    Every time I need my oil change, John McNerney takes great care of me and lets me know if there is anything that needs to change out or repair. There isn't any pressure either if I choose not to have something done at that moment. It is always a pleasure to see their smiling faces and the willingness to help me.     John Oppey took care of us over two visits, St. Patricks day when we had to order a part, and again today, 3/22/17. He took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. I was impressed with the way he treated the customers on the phone when I walked up also. He seems to like his job and genuinely care about the people he is helping. He also talked me into spending $350 more on maintenance than I planned to and I am glad he did. Now I have the peace of mind that my car is safe and ready for a road trip!

    We came in to use a coupon from another place, however John kindly explained that our vehicle needed synthetic oil which the coupon did not allow for. He then explained how a lifetime oil change program might benefit us if we were to keep our vehicle for several years and what the breakeven point would be. We appreciated his insight. Keep up the good work in your service department.
