Michael Mosher worked with me to put a deposit on a car that had not come in yet. He stayed in communication with me all month to keep me in the loop. He made the sale process super easy! Highly recommend this dealership! I found my truck on their website but it was still in the build phase. So I worked with my salesperson over the phone & text until the truck arrived. When the truck arrived, I made the 8 hour trip from Florida to purchase it. Everyone was very professional & made the process fast, smooth, & easy. If I had to do it all over again & choose between Northshore Toyota or a dealership closer to my home, I would choose Northshore Toyota again.

Charles was great! He helped us replace a totaled vehicle. Very professional and efficient even though it was nearing closing by the time we finished all of the paperwork. Highly recommend!
