False advertisement.

False advertisement. They have a Tundra listed as a TRD Off Road package when it does not. There are TRD Off Road stickers on the side but they are not the OEM ones and the vehicle is cleary missing the button for the factory locker which all 2022+ true TRD Off Road packages include.

Went to purchase a 2019 Nissan rogue for my sister.

Went to purchase a 2019 Nissan rogue for my sister. We went like the car started the application process for finance and set up an appointment to be back the very next day at 12 to bring the financial information requested as we were told we were approved before we showed up the next day we got a phone call at 11 AM telling us that they had sold the car out from under her. We were obviously upset so we called the owner. He assured us he would have a replacement vehicle in two days. That would be as good or better than what they had sold us to say. It’s over two weeks now and nothing was done. We finally went to pick up the paperwork only to be told that we were never actually approved even though I have email confirmations that we were, this is a horrible organization that is completely incompetent. The only reason we came here I had purchased a 2019 Nissan rogue from them and my sister-in-law had bought two cars and we had had pretty good experiences, but now we were showing the true face of this dealership.

They called me about my interest in one of their

They called me about my interest in one of their vehicles. Told them I could buy in about 3 weeks. Told me that if I gave them my card numbers they could hold it for me. They called later that day explaining that they would need 2K to hold it for that long even though I told them before that it would be 3 weeks before I could buy. Just another dealership trying to pull their scams. Reordering my card now but be cautious.

Very satisfied!

Just purchased a 2024 Toyota Rav4 from Mount Airy Toyota and salesperson Michael Brinegar. The transaction went smoothly and his delivery and explanation of the car's accessories was excellent.

Update: Even a more PATHETIC response from Mt.

Update: Even a more PATHETIC response from Mt. Airy Toyota to my post. What a patronizing response from Mt. Airy Toyota, not to mention wasting 12 hours in the car, the gasoline expense and a hotel stay. The WORST customer service and most PATRONIZING response I could even image. I have purchased 5 Toyota's in the past 8 years and currently own 2 Sequoias and 2 4Runners. Mt. Airy Toyota, very bad dealership customer service and extremely disrespectful of a commitment they had made with me directly. Pathetic customer service! Richard Coburn is definitely not the kind of salesperson I would EVER do business with in the future nor Mt. Airy Toyota for that matter! While he was good on the phone during my decision process, he definitely lacked integrity upon arrival. I would not trust him in ANY business dealings at this point. I drove 6 hours for a confirmed appointment to see a car and had another customer service reap text me and let me know the car was sold 10 minutes before my arrival!!!! No call Pathetic customer service! Rich Coburn is definitely not the kind of salesperson I would EVER do business with in the future nor Mt. Airy Toyota for that matter! 18 minutes ago NEW 0 STARS. My wife and I bought a 2018 4 runner here....had a great experience. As a repeat customer, we wanted to buy a Sequoia. We contacted Rick Coburn who we bought from in 2018. After no contact, we contacted the General Mgr Thomas. We have emailed several times. I am at a loss on why we weren't contacted. What was a great experience in 2018 has been a terrible experience in 2023. We ended up buying our Toyota in Statesville which was a great experience. I would preferred to buy local, but Mount Airy Toyota has been a real disappointment for us in 2023.
