Denis, First of all, thank you for all your help. The fact that you kept updating me every time new vehicles came in, even though I declined them, was great. Finally you got one, it had a few extra bells and whistles but I love them.  And yeah I said I wanted Underground and this was my 2nd choice with Cutting Edge... but when I came into the lot and saw my 4 Runner, I knew it was mine sitting there....I thought .. Wow! Then I went inside and saw the Underground Trailhunter. I had a sudden change of heart, Cutting Edge was the one, it just pops against that black trim. Pricing was straightforward. The dealership and lot are organized and easy to look through. Plenty of comfortable spots to get a minute to think alone. I spoke with Dylan first, who in short, is an absolute gem of a man. He provided all the information I needed, which was a lot, closing costs, financing, loan conditions, and more. His patience is surreal. I couldn't meet with him since our schedules were different. Nothing in our conversation hinted at animosity or annoyance. Im a stubborn donkey in a almost middle aged body. Evan was never frustrated or pushy. He was also, a gem, a Rockstar, a monolith of proffesional standards, need I say more?
