    Took my truck in for oil change they scratched my front door so they had to fix it my door seals where making a whistling sound took it in again theyscratched... my truck again my alignment was terrible would never fix it brought up a special list for it he only drove my truck for 12 miles said nothing was wrong but my alignment was out tried to charge me 89 dollars for this when this problem was going on for a year I had to get new tires after 15000 miles cause of my steering problems but the always said nothing wrong with my truck Todd stoltz did nothing to help at all worst service ever if u want to buy I would really recommend going somewhere else they r terrible there there alot more to but I have said enough

    I recently purchased a Pre-owned Truck from Stoltz Toyota in Dubois. I saw the truck online and called and spoke with Tim Berg. I drove over an hour to... test drive it. When I arrived after work the truck was out front for me. Tim Berg was the salesman who helped me through the process and I would highly suggest working with him. He was very professional, kept his word and a straight shooter. Tim also text me a few days after I bought the truck to ask how the truck was and how I like it, which was very much appreciated. The truck was an excellent condition and very happy with purchase.

    Excellent service would recommend to others. Shawn and Matt made things fun and work to do there best in getting best price possible that fit our budget.... Hope they're there when I need another vechical down the road.

    We have bought several Toyotas from Stoltz, most recently in February of 2018. We keep coming back. Sales reps are honest and laid back. My wife wanted... to deal with a woman; we did, and it went perfectly. They heavily discounted off MSRP. The sales process was quick and painless. IMPORTANT: one of the biggest reasons we come here is their SERVICE department! Again: fair, honest, efficient. CLEAN! MODERN! They have treated us so well over the years that we always deal with them exclusively. PLUS: Toyotas are reliable, thrifty, and they can fit every budget, every trim level. I love their design engineers when it comes to technology, convenience and taste.

    Tried to trade in my vehicle, I already knew I wasn't going to get what I wanted for my trade. They offered my spare change for a very valuable vehicle.... I left there went to another dealer 5 minutes away and was offered 6k more for my trade.

    We had a noise coming from the front right side. They replaced the sway bar link and the left front shock. This did not help. They replaced the stabilizer... bushings and it fix the problem. They charged me $428.18. Any body can fix the problem if they replace parts until they find the problem. You should go to a mechanic that does not charge $80.00/hr.

    Miranda was fantastic. She welcomed us, on first visit with warmth & knowledge. She accommodated our wishes and was patient in allowing us to come to our... own decision on a purchase. On subsequent visits we were again warmly met and our questions were kindly dealt with, to our great satisfaction. We highly commend and recommend both Miranda and the dealership!!

    If I could give Stoltz Toyota of DuBois "0" Stars... I would. Unfortunately, that's not an option. My husband and I were looking to buy a safe, efficient... vehicle to accommodate our growing family. We were initially pleased with the service when we stopped in to test drive several vehicles. We decided upon a brand new 2013... and once the buying process started, the nightmare began! I understand that car dealers jack up prices to an extent to cover various "costs"... however, Stoltz tried to get my father-in-law to pre-sign ("to get the paperwork going for my husband") for a WAY higher price than we expected - without our knowledge. Then, when confronted about it... they lied. We should have just walked away then! Unfortunately, we went ahead and got THAT straightened out and purchased the vehicle. Like I said, brand new. Right off the bat we had problems with the remote starter and locks. We contacted Stoltz and told them our issues multiple times. The first 200-300 miles on the vehicle were back and forth to the dealership with ZERO results (we didn't drive it anywhere else because we were concerned about the malfunctions!). Stoltz didn't believe us... even when we took video to PROVE that our vehicle wasn't functioning properly. The last straw was when we had to rush our child to the ER for a medical emergency. When we were finally able to leave, we could not get the vehicle unlocked and had to stand outside in the freezing rain with our 3 WEEK OLD BABY (she was covered, but still!) until my husband was able to get one of the doors unlocked and eventually the others opened as well. My husband went to the dealership to try to get the matter resolved... and he was belittled ("Do you know how to use the unlock button?") and yelled at by the head of customer service. I won't deny, my husband got heated... but not until AFTER their customer service guy got in his face! It was absolutely unprofessional! We finally demanded it be taken care of (We had Warranty!)... and so the next time it malfunctioned, they sent out a tech that lived near us to check it out. Once one of their own finally saw what we were talking about... they agreed to bring it in and check it out. Surprise, surprise... they found the problem... which was the fault of their mechanics when they installed the Remote Starter. After that was taken care of... we STILL had remote start problems (but at least the locks were fixed). They eventually ended up ordering and installing a new remote starter. (Good thing winter was almost over by then so we barely had to use it! But I suppose it will be handy later on). We wish we never would've stepped foot at Stoltz and would not recommend them to anyone else! If you want to buy a Toyota... definitely go somewhere else, even if you have to drive far!

    Heard a rattle backing up Got checked out found out it was the parking brack cable rubbing agaist the tire. It has been rubbing for a long time. Another... cable was cut too. Don't know what that one is. contacted stoltz about problem. They said it came in with a inspection sticker and they are not responsibe for it. I do not know how some one could miss that. I guess they don't check there cars for safety first.

    I really liked my visit there . I recently purchased a tacoma from the dealership and the salesman ronald wagner was very friendly.Also i was driving from... a city 2 hours away and they constantly checking on us seeing if everything was o.k Thanks alot i already recommended the dealer to alot of my friends,good customer service is hard to find and i think you guys did a great job thanks.
