In need of a car ASAP!!!
My Chevy impala had catastrophic issues at 143k miles and I was in need of a new vehicle immediately. I had only a few days to really find one. Driving to work is a must... As I researched cars and dealers, I stumbled onto the Toyota of Grand Rapids web site. I happened across a certified used Toyota 2018 Camry that fit my budget. I inquired about its availability and scheduled a test drive the next day. I was in at 1pm and left a few hours later in my new, used car. The fact that I have the factory warranty at a used car price is awesome. I’m loving my new car. Again, thanks guys.!

Like always they were very professional. The service desk were great. They made me feel very confident that the work would be completed on time and very professional. What an amazing dealership
When I wife and I moved to Central Michigan last spring, I began to take my Tundra to Toyota of Grand Rapids for service. I was always impressed with the dealership and the team members working there. Fast forward to four weeks ago when my wife required an emergency craniotomy. During the surgery which saved her life, she became paralyzed on her left side. After a week in the neuro ICU, we have spent the last 2 1/2 weeks at The Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in GR. They are helping my wife build her strength and stamina as she gets ready to battle cancer. I was in a panic as there is no way my wife would be able to safely get into or out of our Tundra. Based on my service experience with the dealership, I sent a late night chat explaining I need to have a vehicle to safely transfer my wife in and out to her wheelchair and I would not be able to come to the dealership to select a vehicle. The next morning, I was contacted by Erik Crooymans from their sales team. He was amazing and very compassionate about our circumstances. He arranged to bring two different vehicles to the hospital for my wife and I to test transfers. One didn’t work but the second was perfect! Erik and the full team at Toyota of Grand Rapids bent over backwards to help us during a very difficult time. Not only did they give us an amazing price for the Avalon, within 24 hours had it prepared for delivery. Erik also arranged everything so I could complete all the paperwork and take delivery at Mary Free Bed so I didn’t need to leave my wife. I can’t explain what a relief it was to know I would be able to get my wife to and from her treatments every day. This level is customer service, compassion, and flexibility is so rare in any area that I was totally blown away we experienced it buying a car...amazing. Toyota of Grand Rapids and Erik have customers for life

Have leased FOUR Toyota Siennas from Al Luke at this dealership (Toyota Grand Rapids) over the past 15 years. Has always been a straightforward, NON intimidating, no waste-of-my-time experience that I am deeply grateful for. I always work with Bruce in the service department and he has accommodated my ridiculous schedule, fit me into the service department for sudden emergencies and ALWAYS made it possible for me to pick up my kids from school. This dealership is good with toddlers, teenagers, my dog, and my mother. They have driven cars across the country so I can have the exact one I want, and made sure my repairs are covered under insurance if at all possible. My salesperson and service dept are compassionate, respectful, and exceptionally competent. They have more than earned my loyalty.

Perfect.
The man who helped me was nice, didn't treat me like I was stupid. And my car has NEVER been done as fast. He promised I would not have to wait long and I didn't. Very satisfied with this oil change.

Oil change
Customer service was excellent. The price seems to be getting more and more expensive. I waited for my car and the wait time was what was expected. The service tech explained what routine service was due but did not push me to have it done.
