Melissa was wonderful from start to finish. She didn't have the model/trim I was after in stock at the moment. She showed me her price on a vehicle in transit that matched my wants. She actually encouraged me to shop around as she was confident in her pricing. I did just that and went back to Melissa who in fact had the best price. She kept me up to date on the status of the incoming vehicle and the final transaction was seamless. No games played. Straight forward and easy to deal with. Will be back.

Advertized car that was sold. Replaced it with a rental car and zero instructions. The car had a serious problem with the rotor and vibrated badly at 65 mph speed. Now they just want to sell us insurance.
