    Was getting my car service and Al still remember who I was. After chatting with him and letting him know that our family out grew the Tacoma he suggested a Tundra. He did not pressure me but showed me a couple. Thanks for our new Tundra. All the power and room my boys need. Thanks for not being the typical salemans.

    I value my time and didn't want to sit around a sales room all day buying a car. I made an appointment with Jeff Crocker to look at a Malibu. He had the exact car per my specifications ready when I arrived to test drive it. He was very knowledge about the features of the car and presented absolutely no pressure to buy the car. A couple days later I applied for a loan online and Jeff made sure everything was ready when I came. I arrived at 5:30pm to buy my car. He had it detailed and fueled up ready to go. He also ensured all of my paperwork was ready when I arrived so I didn't have to sit around. I walked out the door with my new car by 6:15pm. Great customer service. Everyone was fantastic. Greatest car buying experience yet!!!!

    Just wanted to say "Thank You" to Dennis Giles! Bought a new 2017 Highlander from him, and easily it was one of the best experiences I had ever had in buying a car (more than 10 times in my life)! In fact, we reached the price agreement through a few emails without going to the lot or even talking over the phone! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!     I agreed to buy a truck from these guys, made hotel reservations because it was not going to be ready until the next day and I'm over four hours away. Only to find out that they didn't honor the agreement to hold it and sold the truck. Now I'm out time and hotel money. BAD BUSINESS!

    My wife, Desire, and I went in on March 4th to look at a Yaris iA to replace her vehicle which had recently been totalled. From the moment we arrived at the dealership Kelton Hayes was there to help us. We explained what was going on with the insurance and he made us feel comfortable with the vehicle and what our options were. We left and decided to purchase the vehicle a week later, but sadly it had already been sold. Kelton worked with us to get another iA shipped to the store, which allowed us to pick the color we wanted instead of going with what was on the lot. We picked up the car up on the 11th and couldn't be happier with our purchase. A nice little surprise was that the vehicle actually had tinted windows and a pinstripe down the side, which we were not expecting. Overall the experience was truly exceptional and my wife and I will definitely be back to Milton Ruben Toyota to see Kelton whenever we need a new vehicle, and you should too.

    If you are interested in a Toyota then I recommend going to see Al Pleming at Milton Ruben. I have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, and Al's been the best salesman I have ever bought from. He was honest, humble, and just plain opposite from those pushy car salesmen we are all used to. Thanks Al, I am loving my Camry XSE V6!

    My wife and I were looking to replace our 2000 Camry with a new RAV4. We needed something that has more storage room and is easier to get in and out of than a sedan. (We are in our mid-sixties). I did my on-line research and determined what model and features I wanted and what would be a fair price. I sent an email to Milton Reuben and shortly I heard back from Kelton Hayes. We set up a time to go by the dealership to test drive the RAV. He did an excellent presentation of the car and its features as he explained all of the new electronics to us. We then went inside to consider the price. The proposal he presented was right in line (even a little better) than what I expected and we were able to finalize the deal. He gave me his card and said for me to call him anytime if we had questions about the vehicle as we began using it. We have had the RAV about a week now and could not be more satisfied with it. The young man in the finance dept., Mr. Jiminez, was also very thorough and a pleasure to work with.
