Bought a new Jeep from Schlossmann's. After a month I started having issues. Called the dealership to try to resolve after a few service visits that... didn't fix the problem. I was quite shocked by the response I was provided. I was spoken to like I was a child who was being scolded. I would be willing to go somewhere else and pay more just to get higher quality of service. The sad part is, the gentleman who sold it to me was quite pleasant, even offered to help me in the Spring to put the soft top on. It was his manager who could use some customer service training and well as letting go of his ego.
I had a lifetime power train warranty from Dodge that required a re-occurring dealer inspection. Schlossmann did the inspection, but forgot to enter it... the national Dodge database. On a subsequent visit the mistake was discovered and the inspection re-validated. Then it was entered in Dodge's national database as it should have been originally. The Schlossmann Representative gave us(my wife was with me) the new paperwork and said the time was reset on that date. We believed him. We returned earlier this year and they said Dodge won’t accept the second Schlossmann inspection and the warranty is void because we were about 5 months late from the original schedule due date. We still have the Schlossmann maintenance records showing we did everything asked and Schlossmann was the one who didn’t enter the inspection originally. We bought the truck while still active duty over others because of this warranty, despite it being over our budget. After calling all the Dodge places Schlossmann told us to, Schlossmann's eventually stopped returning our calls. I have all the Schlossmann maintenance records, they acknowledged on the phone I did as instructed, there are no problems with the power train, but they voided the warranty anyway. We were going to buy another Dodge SUV. This was my 4th new Dodge truck and my last. For a dealership to make a simple paperwork mistake that results in a such loss for a customer and then to ignore them tells me what I need to know about Schlossmann’s and Dodge. It was unbelievable. Apparently there are no fellow Marines at Schlossmann Dodge because they have no idea what semper fidelis means!
Took way too long to complete a scheduled warranty fix. Everyday called for updates (yes I called them, they did not call me for an update) and was told,... "havent worked on it yet". Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and counting. Buy a new vehicle from them, dont expect great service for warranty repairs. Happened multiple times now. (I bought 2 vehicles from them in less than 2 years - really, I must be the stupid one for doing that.) Also when scheduling this appointment, I had to wait 9 days to bring it in, that's fine, except if I'm waiting that long I'd hope it was because they actually wanted to make time to fix my problem, which doesnt seem like the case. Fingers crossed I get my jeep back this week.
Great buying experience. I love the passion that the whole crew has for Mopar. Ted Kraus was my salesperson and i recommend him highly. They listened... to what I wanted and in the end I got a great deal on exactly that.
Agent not only took the time to explain to me about buying a car, but also to explain how to up my credit rating!! I have never had someone sit down and... be so nice and frank when purchasing a car. What I want is a little over my price range right now. BUT I'M DEFINATELY GOING BACK HERE TO BUY!! NO FUSS, NO HASSLING ME, JUST PLAIN COMMON SENSE!!!!
Went in looking to get a new Dodge Durango for a 7 passenger vehicle but ended up with a Dodge Journey because of the very helpful staff letting me know... about other options. My salesman ( James Lexa ) even after all the paper work was finished took the time to go over all the extras on the vehicle with me making sure I understood all the features.
Service was good and prompt. What else can you say?
From beginning to end our salesman Ron Rivera and the staff at Schlossman's was very helpful. I found when working with Schlossman's they were genuinely... interested in any and all questions we had. I researched and drove several 2014 Chrysler Vans and Schlossman's was willing to offer me a fair price on my trade and make the one year used vehicle look and feel as good as new. The staff at Schlossman's works as a united team with the emphasis on customer satisfaction.
since when does an oil change cost $75..and thats with a $5 off coupon. and an hour and a half for 'express oil change'. I'd hate to see how long a 'non... express oil change' would take. Terrible! Way to take advantage of good people! Bought numerous vehicles from here and had cars serviced there but lately its becoming a nightmare. Today was the last!
We're sorry to hear about your experience with our Service department. This is not how we want our customers to feel when leaving our dealership for a...nything, parts, service or sales. If you would like, for today, please contact our Sales Manager, Phil Kamoske at 262-790-9000 to discuss this issue or tomorrow, our General Manager, Mark Franceschi will be available to talk with you to ensure this issue is corrected. Thank You.
We bought a used Lexus RX 350 from this dealer and the entire experience was terrific. Our salesman, Dan, was extremely cordial and helpful. We were never... rushed or pushed in any way. They made us a very fair offer and trade allowance, based on other vehicles we looked at, and the entire process of looking at the car, making an offer, and then driving away in our "New" used car only took several hours. We will definitely consider them fro our next car purchase.
