Covid protocols are excellent which is now a huge factor in choosing vendors. Service time estimate was very accurate. Service Advisor Brandon Stevens... was excellent, friendly and professional. Covid has obviously affected staffing levels as check in took 20 minutes but businesses have to adjust to survive so it's understandable.

Let’s start from the beginning. I bring my car in on Thursday @9:00 am. Told it will be done that day. They are unable to duplicate the issue I was having... and said the only code they are able to pull is for a clogged EGR and will be $300 approximately. I say go ahead and add that in if you are sure that’s the issue. Hours later I get a call saying I’ve been misquoted and it’s 1300 but they will do it for $1000. They say it’s because of a new system error that didn’t add the techs hours but the time it takes for that job still doesn’t add up to 1300. My car now runs rough since returned 6 days later and it’s throwing a different engine code than what it was when I took it to them. The only repairs I needed where two belts and two pulleys that I paid 611 for. (Way too much when I can do it myself and get the genuine parts cheaper) I wanted to get an oil change (quoted 69.99) and transmission fluid filter and gasket changed. (Quoted 199.99.) when picked up it was over $350. I called minutes after I approved the work to be done and left a message and email to add the fuel filter in too but when I got a return call the next day they say the total bill is over 1200 which is way off from quoted prices. He told me the car was still in the shop so I was considering let them keep it longer to do the fuel filter until I found out the pricing didn’t add up so I said I’ll just do that myself too. That’s when he says well it’s ready for pick up now. (So you lied?) I pick it up and they adjust some numbers but still didn’t get it to the original quoted prices. I get home and notice my head liner is just sagging in all four corners and you can see vacuum marks and pieces of fabric that got pulled out from the vacuum. I call and Dan Wisselbiscuit answered (who is the manager) and said they vacuumed it out but got an attitude and said my guys don’t vacuum headliners. I let him know you can clearly see it was and he tells me to bring it in. I let him know I live an hour away and will bring in the morning. He looks at it and still denies it’s by the vacuum even after I show him clear evidence. I have several witnesses that can attest to the before pristine condition. He then says he will fix it but wants me to admit they didn’t vacuum it. I say no but thanks for making it right. He then says let’s go look at the cameras. We couldn’t see anything useful for the day it was brought it for the time we watched before he says he doesn’t like the review I left or my attitude so he’s not fixing it. He then threatened to sue me if I used his full name on the review. I threatened to call corporate and he gets angry and tells me he doesn’t care and I have to leave. He then walks towards me in an intimidating manner while I’m going towards my car. I turn around and ask are you wanting to take this in the parking lot or to the road? He says are you threatening me now I said no I’m just asking a question he was the one looking for trouble following me to my car. He threatens to sue and even the lady at corporate couldn’t believe he would do that. I have video of the incident and his behavior is not something you expect from management. I will never return as long as he works for Infiniti. I’m sure I’m leaving something out form this horrible experience. I could have had the job done cheaper and two weeks sooner but I waited and made an appointment thinking the dealership will take good car of my baby. But instead they rob me with out a gun misquote jobs and lie about stuff and then damage my car and agree to fix it (which Dan wouldn’t do if he didn’t think his guy vacuumed it like he in fact did do) and then decide he won’t fix the damage they caused. This is stuff you wouldn’t even expect at the crappiest cheapest of service centers. Please fire Dan and fix the damage caused by this dealership to my headliner. They then reply to my reviews saying an expert determined it was glue that gave away from the sun. Dan is the only one to look at it his guys did this!
John Coy, as previously discussed it is obvious from the pictures you posted that the loosening of the headliner fabric is from normal wear and tear m...ainly taking in considerations that the car is 23 years old. We were contacted by INFINITI manufacturing company who you filed a complaint to, who agrees that the photos prove it is impossible that this damage to the headliner was caused by a vacuum, as the damage would have been a lot more severe. We do have security video proof of this vehicle pulling into a parking spot without being detailed or washed. You mention that our GM has not returned your calls, when in fact he has tried to reach out to you multiple times on multiple occasions with no response from you. We would like to further discuss this situation in a reasonable and polite manner with you. Again please accept that your demonstrated loss of temper, threats and foul language are not welcome in this dealership. You are welcome to contact our General Manager at (855) 440-8002 so he can assist you in fixing any issues you have with the car. Thank you.
I showed up for my 10:30 appointment at 10:20 for tire rotation, balance and alignment. Car not taken into garage until after 11:00. Out the door at 12:40...over... two hours. Waaaay too long for what I made an appointment for.
