    Its where I bought my certified preowned QX70 and they've taken care of me ever since. Go in, get maintenance done nice and quick, courteous staff,... nice comfy couch to sit on while you watch the food network and munch on popcorn. What more could you want? The "don't get your stuff done at the dealership" stigma doesn't really apply here folks when the Joe Shmoe down the street charges the same rates.

    Normally when I purchase a car I view the sales rep as the enemy. Their goal is to make as much as possible at the buyer's expense.
