    Please take my advice and stay away from this Dealership I recently purchased a 2009 white Audi R8 from this place and transmission light came on not... even two weeks after purchase. This place is very shady. If you buy a car from this place I highly recommend you to get an independent vehicle check done which I didn’t know about before. Liz talks out both sides of her mouth and you can’t believe a word she says. Just a horrible place. Be aware!!!! They offered me only for me to Trade my car which I paid them 54,000 plus the tax not even 2 weeks prior. They offered me a deal to trade Audi R8 for the Mercedes G wagon they have which is a $34,000 car plus $7,000.00 check which is $41,000.00 total and I would loose $13,000 on deal once Audi R8 Highly unprofessional place and the owner is a piece of work himself. Just stay away from this place. I believe that they knew Audi had transmission issues and was not long away from having issues as this dealership has special hookup machines and can clear codes on car. Be aware.

    Overall my experience was great with this folks. They have been there forever and they have the great selection . I would highly recommend this place to... anyone looking for used cars.

    Just bought a used BMW yesterday and absolutely love the condition of the car and the service that was provided. I wasn't hounded like I'm used to when... going to a dealership. I didn't feel pressured to buy either. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!!

    initially was looking at a 335i. Read over the features and checked out the photos. Was interested in the car but was looking for Comfort Access. Noticed... they have a contact method of text message. sent them a text asking if said car had comfort access. Received response stating "Probably not" Probably not!!?? you cant check your inventory to verify???? I gave up.. I then posted a review on google which i received a response stating i was just a "window shopper" I didn't take the time to read their description that was full of tags and basic car functions. which never mentioned this feature....

    Horrible experience at Hillsboro Auto Mart! I live 8 hours from the dealership so before driving we agreed on a price for my trade-in and I put a $500... deposit for the truck I was purchasing. I arrived later in the afternoon and the person that looked at my trade-in said he had to take it next door because “he knew nothing about trucks.” Upon returning they found a small dent in the fender and reduced the already agreed upon trade-in value by $500 (the exact amount of the deposit given to hold the truck). I had already drove 8 hours to get there so I wasn’t going to back out over $500 and had to agree to the reduced trade-in value. I test drove the new truck and everything seemed fine. We finalized the paperwork and I drove the 8 hours back home. It wasn’t until the heat of the following day that I realized the A/C was not blowing cold air and the Driver Assist System required service. Liz assured me that they would cover the cost to fix the A/C condenser and told me to get an estimate. I worked with her by bringing the truck into multiple mechanics to find the best price and she said she would send a replacement condenser and the local mechanic would do the work rather than the more expensive Chevy dealership. However, when it came time to send the replacement part she back pedaled and said they would no longer cover because they found additional issues with my trade-in such as a crack in the dashboard and taillight and even as minor as dirt on the side-steps (my trade-in was a 2008 with 135k miles and the truck I was buying was a 2015 with 35k miles). Reputable dealerships have mechanics to look over vehicles they sell and take on trade. But as the guy who looked at my trade-in said “he has no idea about trucks.” All of theses issues should have been caught by Hillsboro Auto Mart but they are just unknowledgeable and extremely dishonest. STAY AWAY!

    Bought a low mileage Audi A4 from Hillsboro Auto Mart. Have not come across any issues. The car came with brand new high end tires and was still under... warranty. I'll be back soon to buy my second vehicle from this establishment.

    I have purchased two cars from these folks and both were outstanding experiences. I can't say enough about the lot, the quality of cars, and the staff.... All get 5 stars from me. I have learned from decades of experience buying cars, and this is the place I will continue to buy my cars from.

    If you're looking for a clean, affordable, quality and honest car then look no further! Hillsboro Auto Mart takes pride in the vehicles they acquire and... the service they provide to their customers. Daniel and Jonas were exceptional and very informative. I recently purchased an Audi A4 2014 with 10k miles, super clean! Here is my experience: I was hesitant on the purchase due to rumors of Audi maintenance, a small indentation on front bumper and some blemishes on the inner door carbon fiber piece. Also, I felt the price wasn't right. Daniel (owner) understood my reservations and worked with me to accommodate all my reservations while looking out for my best interest. That says a lot! Not only did he fix the bumper and met the price I was comfortable at, but he saved me money on financing as well and got me at a super low rate! It is important to know that the entire time, which was a 2 day process, I was never pressured or even felt the least bit of shadiness as you would from most dealerships. In fact I was offered to take the car home and keep it for the day to show my wife when she gets off work. It felt as if it were my neighbors; trustworthy and friendly. I probably shouldn't say this but the deal Daniel made was virtually little to no profit for him, and he admitted it. At the end of this deal, Jonas came in and expedited all the paperwork within 30 minutes, which was impressive. He was very humble and you could easily tell a genuine person, as with Daniel. Thanks for the awesome experience and new ride! Bottom line: Not many dealerships would go that far to ensure the customer is truly happy. This is my 3rd car I have ever purchased and by far the best experience I've encountered. I can appreciate the honesty and integrity they possess and highly recommend this dealer.I will be back.

    I have lived in Tampa all my life and have dealt with many local dealerships. I recently purchased my 2nd car from Hillsboro Auto Mart and it was a wonderful... experience. Daniel the owner is a wealth of knowledge and was willing to go the extra mile to earn our business. Not only did he get us a great car at a great price, but managed to get us the best financing and rate of anyone in town. I highly recommend to visit Hillsboro Auto Mart if your in the market for a high end used car!

    Our experience with the Hillsboro Auto Mart has been incredible. We have bought 3 cars from them. Every experience has been awesome. The staff are extremely... approachable and knowledgeable of the vehicles they have available. And when you sit down to go over the paperwork involved, there isn't a stone left unturned. You know exactly what you are paying for, how much and there is nothing hidden. They are like family to us and that's how we have always been treated. The owner is awesome. We will not go anywhere else for vehicles. And I am happy to encourage others who are in need of an honest dealership to visit them.
