unprofessional, not trust worthy, They called me to schedule an appointment to go look at a car THEY had xxx in every car sales website, local pages, we get to dealership and not only they didn't seem to care to help us out, even thought I was given a "GOLD" code for appointment but the car we went to look for: 1st they had no idea of the car we were looking for 2nd: the car was sold 3rd: the car was at the shop getting a new transmission, at least get your stories together, we left very dissapointed and this is after putting a long shift at work and driving over 30 miles, im glad we were able to find the right car at a local dealership that treat us like real costumers, I'm glad my bussiness and money went to people who really care

Deceptive Trade Practices. Justin Fernandes was working with me to secure a 2021 suburban, I filled out application, and informed him I would like to purchase today. 4 hours into the process, he just sends me a text, that the suburban had sold. Someone just walked in and bought it. Very infuriating, as I was under the impression we had a deal and we were Ironing out the details. Guess not. That's time I will never get back. Time wasting dealership, with no integrity at all. Worst I have ever dealt with.
I’ve bought so many cars over the years and Nick (sales) and Alex (finance) were the best. Alex actually got me better financing after I had agreed to original. I will recommend

Avoid at all cost. Don’t waste your money here .I will not bash. I rather walk than spend my money here. They are just terrible, very on unprofessional and they lie.

Spoke with S/Man Rick at 10am to buy in stock VEH. have Pre Approved Financing. Informed By S/Man Rick that Sales Mgr was not in office to approve sale. WOW! 4 hrs later Sales MGR is still not there. Doesn’t seem like they want to sell vehicles.

Was an OK experience!
The whole process of buying the car was a piece a cake, had no issues whatsoever. Was in and out within two hours! I flew from Los Angeles to Gilroy to pick up a 2014 Lexus IS 350 ! The only issue I had was after one week, my car battery died, which was very unusual. I get that it’s a used car, but they told me numerous times that the car goes through a numerous amount of inspections. Which I would assume is not accurate. Anyways as far as experience I’d say it would be a 50-50!

I have a 2015 Volt w only 33k. Usually drive solo. The roll up Assy on passenger window broke so window would not go up or down. Was quoted $380 to fix. Svc Tech Marisa said she put in quote high just in case. Get a text next day from Marisa that new price is going to be $458 due to 'system' not calculating correctly (I smell a rat!). I asked for cost down due to fact my car has very low miles and passenger side window never gets used cuz I usually drive solo and Chevy should stand behind the quality of their cars! I spoke to Big Daddy Mario Lopez (not the actor but the GM). He says no to cost down but says they are giving me $80 off total ($60 coupon and another $20 off from Mario's generous heart) and my NEW price is now $380! Wow, where did Mario go to school!? When I told Big Daddy Mario $20 off was an insult, he tells me he will charge the higher price then. This guy Mario has great business sense! This place Chevy Gilroy is a rip off and Big Daddy Mario is a scam artist! Buyer beware & take your business somewhere else! You've been warned!

Hi good evening, My name is Aj I’m a loyal customer of Gilroy Chevrolet service. Today June 06 2019 I have appointments@12:45pm so I drop my Chevy traverse 2010 10 minutes from my appointment during my lunch hour 4:00pm I called the dealer to pick me up cause I told to Damound from Chevy advisor that I’m out from work@4:00pm ok at 4:30pm Damound Call me into front desk that he told that they forgot to do it for 4hrs my car outside the parking not done for change oil and tire rotation so Damound apologize to me and I understand sometimes people make a mistake. than I need to wait another 45 minutes after 45 minutes finally my car done and I’m all ready late from my another job so I ask Damound if there’s any recommendations or problem into my SUV Damound said no everything done inspection so I went to cashier and pay after a few minutes I went into my SUV from the I start the engine there’s a engine check from my dashboard after the service done. So I ask Damound What happened he said everything check now I got scared if they really annest when they said they did the multiple inspection than there’s another service advisor talking to me explaining that’s not the part of the inspection the engine check I been going into Gilroy location for 3 years this is the first that a very bad customer service from there employee his name is SAM very unprofessional to deal with problem to customer and very Rude Hopefully SAM with learn how to have a professional and excellent customer service and don’t give your customer a attitude specially I just trying to what happen. Place sucks , poor service , no reach back , no communication , will not find right person for any answers, will not take care of you for whatever reason , very disappointed , will not recommend anybody to this dealer at all , THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF YOU.
