    Went to Cole Dealership to learn and drive Jeep Wranglers. Salesman Joe W. was courteous and knowledgeable. I drove the 2 door and 4 door models and he shared differences and features of both. I'll consider my options and if I choose to buy, I will include Cole as a dealer I'd like to deal with.

    I have had my truck in to this service department several times, each time the repair has failed. The first time I brought it in for brake work. They botched the whole job. I took it back and said the pedal was soft and the brakes were not working correctly; also the e-brake no longer worked. They couldn't fix it. I had to take it across town to a diesel mechanic to fix the problem. I had my radiator replaced there. They replaced it with a leaky radiator. After 5 months I had to have it replaced again. Here I am 1 year later and I have to again have the radiator replaced!! And I am not the only one with these issues. A friend of mine took his truck there for some axle work. Less than 3 months later while on a long distance trip, the very issue he brought it in for and they "repaired" failed. I will never take my truck here again.

    My wife and I had just turned in our VW across town for the buyback program and we stopped here on a whim to check out Mazdas. Honestly we didn't expect to like the cars as much as we did considering we had been expecting to probably buy a Volvo or Lincoln. It's a day that's been raining and we didn't particularly want to dirty up the cars on test drives but they said let's go. Took a look at 3 different models and ended up really liking two, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and how well they drove. We had been working with Joel and told him we were going to go grab lunch to talk and that's we'd be back either way. While at lunch we decided let's just get one and checked the website for other colors. Got back to the dealership and told Joel what we were thinking. He went and pulled the car up and we decided to get it. The buying process was quick easy and painless. It was great to agree on a price almost immediately and get the paperwork going. We had a great experience and have recommended a friend in the same VW buyback situation to check them out.

    We had an appt. at 9:45 and were told it would take 4 hours. Someone was there waiting for us as we drove up and directed us to the lounge and said Tony would be there shortly. He soon arrived, and we got signed up. At precisely 1:45 Tony appeared at the lounge and said "it's all done." Everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, and the facilities are wonderful. There are lots of magazines in the lounge as well as coffee. Tony noticed the fuel filter hadn't been changed in a long time, so we appreciated his telling us and also had that done.

    These guys are the best in the business. I bought a few cars from them, one new and one used. I must say that a dealership is only as good as their service department and Cole has a better service department than any other dealership in the country. I had a few warranty issues on my used vehicle and Matt in service has treated my vehicle like it was his own. I have had the best service and repair work done here. I feel like my used car is brand new the way it has been treated If you want a dealership that cares about your car after the sale, buy from Cole Chrysler. Thanks Matt!

    I love the low-key atmosphere, you aren't swarmed by salespeople. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Joe Wilmore was the salesman who helped me. He was great, never pushy or aggressive. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I was treated with respect and dignity. They always listened to what I wanted, and were helpful. I would recommend my family and friends make their next car purchase here!

    I made arrangements to purchase a 2004 Jaguar with a salesman whom told me it was reserved for my arrival which would be later that day since I lived close to 250 miles away. upon the trip because of traffic delay when i tried to contact dealer he did not answer either numbers i was given eventually i got a hold of someone from the actual dealership who informed me the seller took the afternoon off but to try to make it in by 6:30 or if we could not make it by then to come in the morning long story short by 5:30 they already were in the process of selling the said car and the only reason i found out was because a new dealer who called me wanting to be the one to sell me whatever car i was coming to buy mentioned halfway through the call that he was selling a jag to a man and his wife. when he realized it was my jag he was selling he said he would have management call me right back to clear things up. i sat at a rest stop for 30 minutes waiting until i called him back he answered then said he would put me on hold for 1 minute but actually transferred me to a coworker who told me he was busy selling the jag to a couple and couldnt talk at the moment.!!!!!!!! My husband and I payed $100 and a full tank to a friend to borrow their car to drive halfway across the state to get SCREWED!!!

Our Sales Department had a reserved appointment time with you earlier in the day as you previously discussed. After your reserved appointment time had passed, the vehicle was being showed to another customer later that afternoon. This was before you called to let us know you were running late. I assure you that we do appreciate your time and business and I am sorry for your negative experience.
