    I recently purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Taylor Chevrolet. Jasen Raby was my sales person. He made this process as easy as possible. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He found me the perfect vehicle for the perfect price. I recommend Jasen to everyone interested in purchasing a Chevy product. Taylor Chevrolet was my second stop, and I feel fortunate to have met Jasen who was light years above the previous sales person from the first Chevy Dealership I visited.     I came in for an oil change and to have a tire checked that was low on air. I called to schedule an appt and was set up for service that day. My oil change and tire rotation was done in less than an hour which was fantastic and my tire was repaired for free. Taylor Chevrolet never disappoints! Service is always amazing. The staff at Taylor Chevrolet has made a lifetime customer out of me and I recommend them to anyone and everyone every chance I get.

    I brought my new truck in for a factory paint defect and the body shop they used failed to cover the parts of the truck that they didn't paint and there is over spray all over the front of the ttuck I am still trying to get the paint job fixed. The whole experience has been a nightmare

    I came to this dealership looking for a used car i had seen on cars.com. Prior to coming in i called to ensure that the car was still there and to schedule an appointment with a sales associate. Apon arriving i called the associates direct number and got no response and no employees were visible on the lot... figuring he got tied up with another customer or call i went to find the car myself only to find that it had a flat rear tire and very large paint chips in the bottoms of the doors that were not pictured in the cars.com ad. Beware of this dealership and its poor representation of its cars online. Ended up going across the street and finding a much nicer sales staff and vehicle.

    I can't explain how pleased I am with Jen my service consultant & Taylor CHEVROLET! They took car of my Truck & gave me the most respect I could ask for ! Went over what they fixed & made sure it was working. I found a new dealship that knows how to treat customers! From now on I will never go to another dealership but TAYLOR CHEVROLET & Service Consultant Jen Hostetler they are number 1 Thanks very much Jen & Taylor CHEVROLET.

    I took my Silverado in for service and Jennifer service consultant gave me a brand new 2018 Silverado loaner I couldn't believe it finally I found a dealership that has seen the light! Usually when I take my vehicles in for repair the other Chevy dealers they give me a little car or something it isn't even compared to the vehicle and I'm having fixed ! Jennifer really took care of me and very nice person to work with and Taylor CHEVROLET I would recommend anyone thank you Taylor CHEVROLET and Jennifer

    It was a wonderful experience at Taylor Chevrolet. My sales professional was Cindy Mctaggart, and she treated me with the up-most respect and professionalism. She knew how to take care of business and do so in a timely manner. Her lines of communication were always open. Awesome place, with awesome employees.

    I have bought 7 cars from Taylor Chevrolet over the years and have been treated like a VIP from the very first car. The Customer service, Sales, and Service teams are the best in metro Detroit. I recommend Taylor Chevrolet to all my friends.
