    Purchased 3 vehicles from Oneonta Volkswagen. Pat and Mitch both provide an excellent buying experience. They go above and beyond for the customer. They... stay in contact even after the sale. I highly recommend Oneonta Volkswagen and will certainly continue my business with them

    4 cars purchased from this store. My parents have been buying cars here since 1972. Never an issue at all. Services can be pricey depending on the work... but that is to be expected for quality. These are local people you see on the street. Honest, dependable, and fair.

    Be very careful with this dealer. Their service department suggested a number of expensive services additional when my vehicle was in for a repair. ... They ended up not being able to complete the initial repair but still wanted to charge me for the additional unnecessary services. Unethical if you ask me or incompetent at best.

    Not a good experience, I was talked down to and just felt lied to. I had purchased a new car from them and was about to buy another, but went to Ithaca... and bought the Audi I wanted. I will never set foot in that dealership again.

    Easily the worst experience I've ever had with any business, let alone car dealership. I drove down to Oneonta to test drive an A4 and I agreed to a price... with David & John. A couple days later when I was set to pick up the car, they called and said I couldn't pick it up because my rollover loan exceeded the amount the bank would finance. I asked what the bank would finance and I would come up with the difference ( I was trading in a 2011 TDI Sportwagen, hence the carry over). For three days nobody got back to me, even after I called/emailed to follow up. It was and continues to be a complete mess as it's been 2 weeks since I asked for my deposit back and I still haven't seen it. Meanwhile, I worked with Mohegan Lake Audi. It was night and day, we worked out a deal over the phone for a certified pre-owned A4 and I was driving it a couple days later. No issues whatsoever, highly recommend Mohegan Lake Audi dealership.

    I had been emailing Seth about a used car. We negotiated on a price and I left work early to drive the hour to go see the car. I was told beforehand that... the car would be read for me to drive but when I got there it was up on the lifts getting some work done. I was kind of annoyed that I wouldn't be able to drive it but dealt with it since they told me that they were doing some work (timing belt, water pump, tires etc) to ensure that the car would be up to their qualifications. I thought "great," especially since both Seth and Dave assured me that the agreed upon cost of the car wouldn't go up. Seth was pushing for a deposit but I only agreed on a refundable one since I didn't get to drive the car. So Seth wrote up the price and fees, less my deposit and both of us signed the contract. I thought things were all set. Then Monday I get an email from Dave saying that they can't sell me the car at the agreed upon price because of the work they did, and tacked on over $2000. Why would they agree to a price before even looking at the car? That's just bad business. I had already passed up a great offer from someone else and now that's gone. These salesman lie and cheat. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
