    Went to Evans motor works to look at buying a used BMW, and after talking with Theo I felt comfortable about the car I was interested in buying. A very... nice, gently used, BMW 320i Xdrive. He answered all my questions, and concerns about the brand, and told me some more back round about the brand, and some insight from his own personal experience that I hadn't thought of to ask. Thanks a bunch to Evans, Theo, and Zach, for answering all my questions about BMW cars, and extended warranty options. Theo will be the salesman I'll look for on my return visit in the future to purchase my next BMW... Top shelf company to do business with, and a great first, but not last BMW buying experience!!

    Pick out a 2017 Jetta then had to wait a really long time for approval on a loan.Got a loan approved with Day Air and everything was good to go. My mom... Asked to come back Tuesday because my mom wanted to talk with Wright Patt Credit Union and Monday was a holiday. Tuesday I called couldn’t get an answer when I did get one I told the sales rep that I needed to send him the pay stubs now and when we show up we can sign the loan and my mom can go back home. My mom lives out of the state. They made us wait an overly excessive amount of time for Zack came back. When he did he couldn’t verify how much my mom made because he didn’t know how to add the pay correctly. We had to show him. He then called the Sales Manger in the other building who tells him to call the bank. After he calls the bank and we have to Wait some more. He tells us my we both have to be members of the credit union by me becoming a member then maybe my mom will be able to get a membership. Then he had to mail the paystubs to the bank and we can come back in a few days to sign the loan paperwork. Everyone knew my mom was going home Tuesday. They also filled the loan agreement out wrong and put my mom name first when I need to be first so I can get tags for the car. They wasted my time and my moms time today and Saturday and lied to us. Then to have the sales manager call and say he was able to get us approved with another company with a lower payment but never told us until he found out the deal went bad is pretty low as well. Worst car buying experience ever and the worst trained staff I’ve ever dealt with. Please people do not buy from them.

    In a word: Exceptional. Our decision to give Evans Motor Works BMW, Volvo and Volkswagen a try turned out to be the best auto purchase decision I have... EVER had, and I have been to many dealerships across the USA in my 36 years on this planet. We were able to shop three brands with one, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional salesman. They made my family feel welcomed during the purchasing process with cookies for the kids (and the adults) as well as very accommodating. Special mention for going truly above and beyond goes to the ENTIRE management staff; Dennis, Carl and Ann as well as our amazing salesman, Zac and even the financing gentleman, Zach. I was given near top dollar for my trade-ins and that left me with a little “extra” money left over to put money down on the BMW and Volvo we selected. All of the extras that come along with the sale are just awesome (new car ding removal, carwash Saturdays and lots more). We will be taking our Volvo and BMW to Evans for all of our service needs!     I purchased a BMW 528 from salesman Mr. Theodore Dorion. He gave us two key for the car. One of the key is not work, we thought it was out at battery at... first. NO! it not even belongs to 5 series car, it belongs to 3 series car. We didn’t find out right away because only my husband drives the car. We not live in Dayton, so, I call Mr. Theodore Dorion, He said he will call me back, but he didn’t. I call his cell, office, text him and left msg. He never response. I called his manager Mr. Carl McCleese, he said he doesn’t know what to do since we not live in Dayton. I suggest he can call my local BMW dealer to work that way. He said he will ask the owner. Since then, he doesn’t reponse my call and massage any more. This dearer is irresponsible and lack of customer service. Please Be Aware it before you buy from them.

    We have contacted Ms. Wang and paid for the cost of a replacement key. We did this even though the car was purchased over two years ago. The custom...er is now satisfied.

    In today's day and age, it's great to know that there's a car dealership, a sales manager, and a salesman that honors their verbal agreements as promised.... I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X3 m40i from Evans BMW and worked directly with Ann Conrad and Zac Finnegan. Ann and Zach agreed to match a competitor's price and to work with me on my end of lease fees with Infiniti. The fulfilled every promise and have earned my respect and future business. If you are in the market for a BMW then, I strongly recommend working with Zach and Ann! They are trustworthy and honorable and have clearly demonstrated that they will work with you to earn your business.

    They falsely advertised a vehicle in content and price and then would not match advertised price. Then tried to up-sell us. Manager also stated they "changed"... the ad so others wouldn't be fooled yet proceeded to email us an unchanged ad for the vehicle. I contacted Volvo about this whole matter- this is NOT how one expects to be treated at a respectable dealer. I hope no one else falls for this.

    I would like to say my experience with Evans Motorworks was superb. I was able to work out all the details and get many questions answered before driving... 2.5 hours to finalize my vehicle purchase. Eric Westley confirmed many specific details to confirm this was the right vehicle for me and was happy to answer any of the (very many)questions I had. My (like)new BMW i3 is treating me well and I am truly grateful for the level of service I received. They even give you a package of freebies just for buying a vehicle of any kind. Unfortunately, I probably won't make the far drive to take advantage. Still a nice gesture though!
