    Emailed Hatfield early last week to set up a test drive. Said I was interested in driving a 2016 Jetta S manual and a 2015 Jetta SE manual if possible. Anthony Filio promptly replied to my email and we set up a time for Saturday. To my pleasant surprise, when I arrived Anthony had the cars I was looking for ready to go (except the SE was automatic because that was all that was available used) which tells me he actually fully read my email, much appreciated. I was so keen on the 2016 S after I drove it that they let me take it for a few hours so I could see how it drove on my normal routes. In order to keep what I feel was the insanely cheap price (thank you dieselgate) I would have to finance the vehicle even though I had planned on a full payment transaction. Anthony explained the particulars and I felt totally comfortable with the agreement. At point did I hear anything from Anthony that was less than honest. He didn't try and sell me a dream via a car either. Just a hardworking guy like myself. It's not hard to recommend great cars like VWs. I would have a little trouble recommending a dealership because like anything it can be hit or miss. No trouble whatsoever recommending Anthony though. If you need a new or used car: go with VW then call Anthony.

Looking forward to future visits being consistently good and on time. The waiting room seating arrangement and layout could be enhance to better accommodate the customers.

    We traded in two new cars for a new VW Beetle. Overall experience was good. My only comment is that on the day we closed the deal it took a very long time. My wife and I sat around in the dealership for over 3 1/2 hrs.

    Adam Strider made buying my GLI a great experience, from the first conversation to driving off the lot. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for, showed me lots of options, and, most importantly, the time to make decisions. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. I am happy with the car and I am happy with the experience.

    I would honestly never do business with this place again. They are not even able to follow through on their word on the most minor of things. It doesn't matter who you talk to because the lack of attention to detail is too far reaching. It took me nearly 75 days to get a memo title I ultimately had to get from the county at my own expense after having to pay for a hardship tag which I still haven't been reimbursed for from over 30 days ago. If you buy a vehicle these are the things that should be easy to get right and Hatfield just falls flat. I talked to their GM and he gave me an apology yet a week later hasn't delivered on his word. How hard is it to follow through? The only reason they get two stars from me is because Ron was a great salesperson. Customer service is not their focus and it shows. If they can't execute the simple stuff, I would hate to see how they handle something more complicated. I have come to the conclusion I will never be reimbursed for the fees you promised and that just shows you care far more about your bottom line than the people who keep the doors open.
