Shelly Thomas and her service team did an excellent job determining that the major reason for intermittent front end instability is a result of momentary... component separation of Yokohama tires. We didn't expect this condition to occur after approx. 21.5k miles. Instability is still present which results in an unsafe driving feeling. We do believe that the Forester is a reliable vehicle but whether or not is a "most trusted brand" is being questioned. At this time, it's all because of "Yokohama dancing tires syndrome". Again, we would like to thank Shelly and her dedicated team for a very well done service work. Would recommend this dealer to a friend with some reservations. I took my 2019 Outback in for a recall on the fuel pump. It was supposed to be a little over an hour repair according to the recall letter I received.... After about 2 hours, I asked about just getting my car and forget the wash. On the way home the car died. It was towed back to the dealership for repairs. They had pinched the fuel line and repaired it by putting in a stent, like in a blocked artery. I felt the line should have been replaced.

I put a down payment on the car and a few days later everything closed due to covid 19. As soon as they could Jeff called and offered to deliver to my... driveway. Process went well. However, I have hardly driven it because nothing is open to drive to.
