Classic VW customer for decades, always a good experience
Classic VW customer for decades, always a good experience in every aspect. Staff in front and in back are always outstanding and engaging. However this visit was a departure from their usual efficiency. A problem with the battery / key fob & dashboard icon has been ongoing. Battery replacements did not work and an appointment was necessary. Assured that the matter was resolved, the same issue occurred before I left the lot. A second look at the issue may or may not have solved the 'icon' from coming on in the future. They seemed puzzled, uncertain in this matter- a departure for this staff. I am sure this is only a momentary hiccup in what has always been excellent and remains the main reason we have purchased 6 plus cars from the dealership.

Were able to repair broken water pump as an emergency
Were able to repair broken water pump as an emergency repair. Very impressed and greatful. Really like the mechanic video updates on repair status. Really a class operation.
