I am extremely frustrated with Nalley VW.
I am extremely frustrated with Nalley VW. I have brought my daughter’s vehicle there twice in the last four months, and both times new issues appeared within a day that were either not identified or not properly repaired during the service visit. Currently, the vehicle is back at Nalley VW for a sensor issue that began immediately after a recent oil change. It has now been there for three days, and I have received no call back or update on the status. This lack of communication is unacceptable. There should not be such a long delay in providing basic feedback, especially considering the vehicle was just serviced on December 30, 2026, for the oil change. At this point, I am very disappointed by both the quality of service and the lack of follow-up communication.

Tom was great!
Tom was great! I told him what I wanted I he jumped right on it. He didn’t try any gimmicks like an experienced with 2 other dealerships I went to the previous week. The process was fast!
