Don’t waste your time
On August 17 I taking my car in for a routine oil change as I am done 3 Times before with Gossett Volkswagen. I’ve never had an issue or problem. After my oil change I noticed that my car was leaking oil. I informed them of the leak and I brought it in exactly a week later. I was told over the phone is would be covered, I would get a loaner car, etc etc. when I got there that was not the case. They told me that the seal was faulty and that I would have to be out of pocket over $700. According to the print out that their Service manager gave me, it said that the seal was distorted and no longer sealing properly. It seems that one of their mechanics torqued the plug too hard and messed the seal up. The fact that it was a faulty part AND that The only way that seal could’ve been distorted is from one of their mechanics shows that they not only have poor workmanship, but they do not stand behind their work. The service manager would not even look me in my eyes, wouldn’t give me options, would not stand behind what his associates had told me over the phone. Nothing…which shows his level of professionalism. I am a single woman and I am always leery of auto shops taking advantage of me and at this stage I feel that they are trying taking advantage of a situation caused by their mechanics. 1/10 do not recommend.

This place is garbage
They jerk you around with every chance they get, they have no idea how to service a car properly. You tell them what the problem is and they do the most basic inspection and send you on your way only to have to return. When you return they actually find the problem you described and then more during re-assembly supposedly.. which should have been discovered during the initial tear down. Bunch of clowns
We would love to hear from you at your convenience to better understand what issues you may have encountered during your recent visit to our Service Department. On a road trip and the A/C was not working at all in 90 degree heat! I and my car were treated like royalty and the problem fixed under warranty! What a joy!

Nate worked me in immediately and had broken brake light repaired within 15 minutes and only charged for the bulb costs. I had gone to AutoZone to fix it myself, but AutoZone wouldn't touch it since panels had to be removed. Was very pleased with their courtesy and getting the brake light repaired on short notice. Thanks!

*REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE* I went to store last Saturday for oil changed, first In soon I get in the store nobody was there on the front, waited for couple minutes the Lady come with really tired hi, how are you? so by that some down energy started, the very quick she told me come back 45 min later, didn't asked me if I wanna my car watched or says the car washer services wasn't work that, back to get my car no stick with my next oil changed information, didn't check water in my car, I'm not sure if they checked everything I did pay for, and maybe they didn't my oil changed, i hope they did, plus called spoke to the manager he apologize, that is it, definitely I'm not wanna be special, but minimum is minimum as customer, I really don't wanna this type of people take care my car anymore, I check another facility that will bring my car next time, just want you everybody that will complain about this terrible experience and share my feelings that I hope you can fixed it for another customers, I will share this bad experience with everywhere I can, nothing will pay my bad feelings last Saturday, and PLEASE don't let people passing for the same situation I was in the German town story, after couple minutes ago talking to Manager I still no get solution for my sticker and when I should back to do next oil change, maybe they don't wanna me be there again, maybe because I'm Brazilian Latino, or maybe they really don't like me still no get it,I will try to contact another dealer and Hopefully they will help if not will checked maybe Walmart that is not Volkswagen dealer, but no oldest car always was very care about any service there, I do have pics and all information to prove the BAD Experience.

Unfriendly, at least in the used department
I don't enjoy writing negative reviews at all. Based on the fact that this place is a large authorized Volkswagen dealer my expectations were high. But alas, the process dealing with a sales person in the used car department was just unacceptable. However, it was a first for me: I was never called 'bro' three times in one sentence, I also can't remember that somebody who wants to sell me something yells at me. The purchase never happened.
