I am deeply disappointed with my experience at IPAC
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at IPAC Nissan. I purchased a brand-new Nissan Pathfinder, and within a week of ownership, the transmission failed—a shocking and unacceptable issue for a new vehicle. To make matters worse, the dealership did not provide a loaner vehicle despite the significant inconvenience caused. This left me without reliable transportation, disrupting my daily life and work. I reached out to the dealership multiple times via email, including escalating the issue to management, but received no response or acknowledgment. This lack of communication and empathy is highly unprofessional and frustrating. After exhausting all options with the dealership, I had no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even with the case now in arbitration, the dealership has shown no remorse, concern, or effort to resolve the matter amicably. Buying a new vehicle should bring peace of mind, but my experience with IPAC Nissan has been nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice before making a purchase.

Jeannie Ramon had me go with my award letter stating I was already approved for the car loan than when I tried getting I couldn't even get it due to me and a friend only get SSI and she was pressing on me to go saying it was going to be 0 down payment and no payment for 90 days which was all lies don't trust the Internet people they say these things just to get promoted or try and make a sale be causes

RAUL!!! The only reason I would ever go back to IPAC is because of the service I received from Raul. He communicated consistently regarding vehicle service updates, issues encountered and was committed to getting me my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible. The epitome of what service should be. I took my 2024 Pathfinder to IPAC Nissan since it was due
I took my 2024 Pathfinder to IPAC Nissan since it was due for oil and tire service and also for them to check the dashboard speaker. I noticed it was lifted on the drivers side after I had the vehicle about 4 months. I had taken it in back in May for them to look at it addition to the crash sensor light coming on but they said they’d need to keep it at least a few days before even determining if I’d qualify for a rental while they repair it. I could not stay without a vehicle because of my job. I was hoping to leave it with them yesterday, Friday but they explained that Saturdays are mostly oil changes and general maintenance and they probably would not get to it and they’d still need to keep it a few days. I ended up just getting the oil change and tire rotation and changed the engine filter upon their recommendation. I spoke to a few service representatives before finally deciding I’d have to try again in the very near future since I’ve had the vehicle about 15 months now and don’t want to be told any coverage I might have had has expired. Regardless, this is my 7th vehicle in 20 years with IPAC Nissan and the service reps have usually always been honest and communicate well. The oil change and rotation went well. My service rep Randy called me with recommendations and he was very understanding and helpfulabout me having to leave the car overnight since I didn’t have a ride to pick it up when it was ready. I just hope my lifted dashboard/speaker issue is resolved without any issues. It’s a 2024 and should not have problems this soon.

Wasted my time with them.
Wasted my time with them. Went in to purchase a used car for 28K as listed on their website. We offer 28K and he has to 'go talk with his manager.' When he comes back he tells us, the actual cost is going to be 37K with tax, title and license PLUS 6K in dealer fees. We tell him that's not going to work and we're going pay the price posted on the website. He goes and gets his manager who asks 'Can we help him out because he put the wrong price on it'. We say "No, you need to be helping us out.' He says he can't do any better than 37K so we just walked out and went to Carmax where we found the car and price that we wanted..

I was very disappointed in the communication if this lengthy repair. I had to call to get any information on my car even though I was promised updates. Happy to have my car back.l after 7 weeks
